Beautiful, modern and spacious apartment.
We love our stay very much! The property was in a very convenient part of town. Train station and 28 tram were right in front of our apt, Chiado square. Restaurants and shops all around. The pictures on Hotels.com were accurate but in person it was even more wonderful. Our apt was on the fifth floor with a nice view of the square and if you open the doors to the balcony you can hear people singing, otherwise it is pretty sound proof. We stayed in a modern and beautiful two bedroom apt with 2 floors and 2 bathrooms. There was a washer and dryer which a bonus! JP was wonderful in checking us in and out. Very easy. Safe building with a code to enter. We would definitely want to stay here again and refer all of friends and family.

Communication before our stay was excellent to ensure we were met on arrival. Mafalda messaged us upon landing at the airport and guided us to the apartment on the metro. Check in was quick, we were early so left our luggage and went for an amazing lunch to return a short while later and all of our luggage had been brought to the apartment. Inside, the apartment was bright and airy with modern fittings, really clean and spacious. Fantastic view over Baixa Chiado where you can watch the musicians perform but with the windows closed, it’s surprisingly quiet. Bedrooms were really quiet and comfortable and the bathrooms had great showers, plenty of towels and really clean. We had a fantastic stay, couldn’t fault the apartment (2 adults, 11y and 14y old) and the location was amazing for sightseeing and coming back before going back out. The Lisboa card is a must, we purchased ours in advance and collected at the airport but if it’s a 1,2 or 3 day pass it’s activated from midnight that day whereas a 24,48 or 72 h pass might provide better value if first using late in the day. Public transport is excellent, no need for taxis. The tram routes are a little disrupted due to construction so getting on the 12 which is less busy is the same route as the very busy 28 at the moment. We will be back to these apartments and Lisbon!

Location was great! Everything you could want and need were in walking distance. Easy check-in with the staff all working extra so we could check-in early. Place was clean with house keeping coming every other day. Beds and linen were comfy including the pull out sofa. Only complaint was that the furniture in the living space were not comfortable at all. Couldn't sit in the chairs and couch was not big enough for more than 2 people.

The property is in a great location central to most things and right on the route for Tram 28. We were greeted very nicely, felt immediately comfortable in the property and truly appreciated the water and fruit. I loved the QR codes that directed us to the instructions for the appliances and willingness to assist with finding tours and food. The duplex was perfect for our person family and I would stay again. Only wish was for more towels and toiletries that worked/refilled. Overall, I would recommend and stay again!

We loved this property! The apartment was in a central location, the metro entrance was right outside. There was live music and a restaurant across the street but it was beautiful and quiet in the apartment. The apartment was very updated and comfortable. We had everything you might need. The property managers were excellent at communicating to meet our needs. Parking is 2 blocks away but it was in a nice safe garage.

The apartment was very clean and had everything you would need in an apartment. the staff were also very accommodating and helpful. Nights usually get a bit noisy from the street shows but the windows do a good job in blocking most of the it. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Chiado Sq. Starting from the amazing communication, where they were always available to answer questions, to the quick and smooth checkin even though we arrived hours before the actual checkin time. They stored our luggage and did their best to get us in the apartment earlier. The apartment was spotless! They even left little welcome toys for the kids. There was everything you could possibly need there. The living room is facing the street so a bit louder but the bedrooms were quiet. Overall it exceeded all expectations and the hosts are truly awesome! Thank you for a great stay!

Pros : Excellent location with great access to public transportation and in the midst of several grocery stores, restaurants and safe neighborhood. Huge apartment with big size clean rooms and all ultramodern amenities. Received some fruits, 2 bottles of water and a complimentary bottle of wine from the host upon arrival which was a pleasant surprise. 2 checkin agents were extremely courteous. Cons : Included garage for parking was not at the base of the same building where the apartment was located. The parking garage was a 5 minutes walk away in a basement of a different building. The driveway leading down into the basement was extremely narrow and curvatious. Was able to park with great difficulty with my heart in my mouth. Was wondering how I could have parked, had another car would have been exiting the garage at the same time I was entering. Should have been clearly informed in advance that the garage was not on the same site as the apartment. Had I known in advance, I would have made different arrangements for car park. Was given a WhatsApp number for routine questions. Had posted a question on that same WhatsApp number which was not replied to nor read by anyone. Poor reciprocation. Also after checking out, I had notified on the same WhatsApp number as instructed, to which I still haven’t received any acknowledgment. Hoping the host corrects these points for future customers to make it a 5 star stay.

The apartment was centrally located and very spacious. It was well stocked and had an incredible amount of storage. My only complaint was the washing machine/dryer combination. It didn’t work well when it actually worked. Other than that I would happily stay here again with my family.
