The Mornimg staff was rude when I asked if I could rebook for the night, then I went to sit at the bar and they did serve me , so here I sit outside there wonderful hotel. Breakfast was average at best.

Stylish, modern hotel with some quirk - bathroom completely see-through into the bedroom! Convenient location with main train station (Entrecampos), metro and buses all nearby. Direct bus to/from airport also with only a 20min journey. Only downside was there was building construction ongoing opposite hence view was of a construction site; but noise was not an issue. Overall a lovely experience.

Everything was good. Except for checking in. The reception told me the check in is at 3 pm. I was sitting at the lobby while people were checking in before 3 and nobody came to tell me I can check in as well

This would have been a five-star review, but: 1-None of the metro stations on this line have escalators or elevators. Sux if you are travelling with suitcases. 2-The showers are a dinky little affair. Poor water pressure, no fixed showerhead, stand in the tub, poor shower curtain. 3-The staff were tolerant of our staying in their hotel. Barely.

Check in problematic. Otherwise nice.

Check in at 3 PM is impossible. Despite collecting our bags, when you’ve been flying for over 10hrs. All you want is to arrive, shower and relax. Reception had about 6 other couples waiting for their rooms. Not nice. Perhaps a bit of flexibility on this would help. Once you’re in, the hotel is nice.
