Check in was quick and welcoming. Umbrellas were available when we decided to go out. Property is in a central location, close to the metro and surrounded by great little restaurants. Staff was welcoming for our entire stay through to our very early check-out. The room was clean and well furnished. Thank you Hotel Lisboa Plaza.

Christmas stay

Our hotel stay was amazing here. We checked in around Christmas and they gave us an upgraded family room. The room had a bottle of wine. The staff was very accommodating to all requests. They even gave christmas gift to my son so he doesn’t feel that he is away from home. Breakfast was also very good. Love the heritage prperty.

AVERAGE, BUT VERY WELL-LOCATED FOR DOWNTOWN.

Great location, but...tired bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was average. Staff at Check In were not very welcoming. They had a "matter of fact" aproach. Not sure about general atmosphere at Reception desk. Usually, staff in Portuguese service industries are warm and friendly, but I did not find this to be the case in this hotel.Was given a room facing a white brick wall for seven days.Not great/also, paid for another night for a friend to stay. Hotel could do so much better. Overall, disappointing.
