The beds and pillows were very comfy. The staff were friendly. The rooftop restaurant has incredible views and great food and drinks. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious—better than most I’ve had. Great spot!

Location is good in terms of being close to castle and other tourist attraction. However area around somewhat rundown.Once inside the hotel it’s really nice. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable bed. Welcome drink was a nice touch. Also appreciate them giving an early check in. Overall will stay there again if back .

Excellent location, impressive modern hotel

The amenities are fantastic, although this close to the centre of the city much is also at the doorstep. The rooftop bar alone is worth the price of admission.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Mundial. We loved the welcoming drinks and treats. The complimentary bar drink at the lobby was a nice touch. The location was convenient by Rossio station. We loved the rooftop bar. The room bed was very comfortable and the AC works perfectly. 10/10 stay. Will recommend to friends!

Great Hotel in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and quiet. Multiple options for dining in the hotel for convenience. Also walkable distance to other restaurants and shopping! It is the perfect place for a long layover. It is about 20 minutes from the Lisbon Airport.

Great location!

Great location, decent breakfast. Staff were friendly and we loved our room with a balcony overlooking Martim Moniz sq and the beginning of the Tram 28 line. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint is the shower/tub combo. It’s a half door enclosure and water gets everywhere. I’d rather just have a curtain and not have to wipe a soaking bathroom floor after every shower.

We stayed at the Hotel Mundial for 4 days while in Lisbon. The staff and check in were great. The bed was the best I've ever had in a hotel. We had a sweet treat waiting for us when we got in our room and a nice charcuterie plate and bottle of wine the day before we left. The hotel is beautiful and so clean. We would definitely stay every time we come back to Lisbon.

Area is in great proximity to shops and restaurants and some attractions within walking distance. Unfortunately, the surrounding area is becoming dirty with a lot of homeless people around. Makes it uncomfortable to walk around at night.
