My stay at ibis Styles Lisboa Aeroporto has been beyond my expectations. It began with good communication from the hotel management regarding being picked up at the airport by their free shuttle service, continued with a very helpful driver—he hotel is situated only 10 minutes away from the airport. Check-in went very smoothly, The rooms and decoration are new and very tasteful. I chose to eat out but next time will plan to use the restaurant-prices and menu were very favorable. Highly recommended!

Close to the airport

ibis was exactly what we needed. We were coming in from Porto and had an early morning flight the following day. Ibis is VERY close to the airport and offers a free shuttle service. The rooms were very small, but the bed was comfortable, the room was spotless and the bathroom was updated and roomy. There is a restaurant and a breakfast buffet. I would stay again.

Not as good as expected.

I didn't notice much about my stay as i was there to sleep after 24 hours of airports and flights. Housekeeping knocked on door an hour or so before checkout and seemed anxious for me to leave. I left still 45 minutes before checkout and headed to the restaurant. It seems they close between 11 a.m. and noon so left building without a meal. Disappointed but was informed this is normal in this country.
