Architectural features, decor and seating in lobby area and Cenario restaurant were visually pleasing. Room did not look or feel like a 5 star hotel, more like a 3 star. The sliding door of the en suite could not close/open properly, because the rubber edge was detached at the bottom. It looked terrible and was not fixed during our stay. Bed sheet and towel and chair at the desk in our room had stains. Not acceptable for a "5 star" hotel. Breakfast buffet was excellent, many options. Staff at breakfast were very helpful and friendly. Staff member at reception who checked us in was not welcoming at all, quite rude, needs to learn basic manners. The staff who checked us out also lacked basic manners and the ability to understand the concept of customer service. So disappointed.

Summer Holidays 2014

I stayed here in 2014, it was amazing and now i would like to stay again but there are no rooms available. the staff were really nice and the room was fantastic. Now also that i have been watching A Unica Mulher I am even more proud and happy to and that I stayed here. Defiantly recommend to all my friends.

Good but not a 5* hotel

Good facilities, but not. 5* hotel. Staff are not very healthful and borderline rude. Rooms are dated, with cracked mirrors, dirt in cracks, dust on table tops etc. carpet looked dirty and worn. Good shower/bath design, close to campo pequeno metro station and campo pequeno shopping mall. It was a good cheap deal for a 5* hotel but I guess you are only really paying for a 3* at most 4* hotel. If you went in the summer you could make use of the swimming pool which looked nice but unfortunately it was raining when we went so couldn't try it out.

Dont go!

Nothing of a 5 star, worn-out room, stains everywhere, small bed, empty fridge, extra small room, very noisy (the walls are very thin between the rooms), the lift was so dirty, staff are just not happy to work in this hotel, overall dont go there!

we were in the hotel for 10 days, for one of them the hotel employees greeted us when we passed through the lobby. no one said anything the other days when we entered the hotel. The breakfast were okay, there wasnt any kind of gluten free option for desserts. The room cleaners didnt talk any english so it was hard to communicate with them.We couldnt even charge our phones or watches while we were eating breakfast becouse the room cleaners took our key, so we needed to survive with one key rest of our trip. The cleaners also threw my friends eyelashes in the trash?? Otherwise the hotel was clean and we liked the pool area.
