The Double Tree downtown Little Rock (LR) is a nice place to stay for all things LR. Whether it’s attending the Robinson Theater, cycling the Arkansas River Trail, visiting the Clinton Library, or just taking in the number of good restaurants. During our stay there was an elevator out of operation which made it very slow getting up and down, but other than that, the room was clean and all staff were helpful and friendly.

Good, but...
The hotel is wonderful, very clean, great location, and a great view of the river. Of the passenger elevators..one was down. This made the wait crazy during peak times. No cookies. Will reserve again though!

A lackluster hotel experience
This hotel feels run down. No hot water in the morning due to high volume of showers. Several things in need of repair, such as faucet handles, tub drain, patio door latch. Front desk staff was disinterested, on their phones. We were never welcomed or asked how our stay was. Location was great as we were attending a production next door, but beyond that there isn’t much to be positive about.

Hotel staff was friendly and very nice. Bed was comfortable and shower was good. Room is a little dated for the price. Are at restaurant downstairs food was ok and took 45 minutes to get food and restaurant was not packed.

My first room had not been cleaned. Room changed but the room had also been given to someone else, I was walked in on while changing. Went to concert came back and room key would work and my key could not be fixed was let in room be security

Check in took 30 minutes and we are sent to a room with one bed and stairs when we requested 2 queen beds. Our children had nowhere to sleep and the stairs and railing weren't safe for our toddler. We went back to the front desk to request the room we paid for and were told they didn't have our room available. The room was dirty and dated. The front desk staff was incompetent. The elevator was shaky and loud. There was also an unexpected $15 parking fee. We checked out within 30 minutes of checking in. There was a couple in line ahead of us checking out soon after checking in due to finding bed bugs in their room. Awful experience!
