Apartment was fab, although I think I picked the wrong area to stay for this trip, as I was there with my daughter to see a show, however I would definitely book this apartment when I visit Liverpool in the future with friends, it’s in the best location and couldn’t fault anything.

Overall a very nice stay. Contactless check in and check out was very easy. We were pleasantly surprised by the two King beds instead of the two Double beds as advertised! It made the stay so much more comfortable. They only gave two toilet paper rolls per stay but we were able to request for more during their office hours. Staff responds to emails quickly. There's washer + dryer, drying rack, oven, stove, heater, cutleries etc. Smart TV very convenient with YouTube app. Spacious living room and bedrooms. The surrounding area is noisy but it's to be expected as it's near lots of restaurants and pubs. We still slept very well thanks to the king sized beds. 10 min walk from Lime Street station. Lots to see + shopping within walking distance. Polices patrol the area often too. For the pricepoint it's a great apartment.

Nice spot in noisy entertainment area

Obviously very loud music from outside which lasted til about 3 am which we sort of expected and one bedroom lacked privacy. Bathroom and kitchen facilities were agreeable.

I haven’t been to Liverpool for 30 years but we promised our daughter who is a big Beatles fan to go this year. Accommodation was amazing right in the heart of Liverpool about 10 steps from the top of Matthew Street about a 10 minute walk to the Albert Dock.

Nice spacious apartment. Amazing location near Matthew st bars. Be warned that you will hear them til 2-3am. Weird water system in the bathroom. Stay if you’re up for partying and want to be near the action.

Fabulous apartments very comfy. Loved my stay. Noise might be a problem for young families but I would go back loved the comfort and the location was perfect to go for day out having few drinks and the music around and down the shops. Loved every minute.

Lovely place, unfortunately noise till early hours in morning then 5am loud banging noises. Would stay again enjoyed it, cleaning 6/10. Pleasant place, dont have to go far for pubs, and shopping close too. Shop very close chippy very close. Lots within walking distance. Parking not far but have to pay, get discount. All facilities available which was great.

Housekeeping was diabolical. The bed duvet was absolutely filthy, the pillow filling was coming out of the cover and the stains on the duvet were disgusting. Huge urine or tea stains clearly visible, only noticed because the cover was two sizes to big for the actual duvet and came off every night from rolling over in bed therefore exposing the vile stains on the duvet.
