The location is prime for sightseeing, shopping, and eating! We added the breakfast buffet to our stay, and it was a consistently delicious English breakfast with enough variety to change things up each morning. Our room was freshened up each day and the staff were super friendly.

Super easy check in online before we even arrived. Then simply click on the machine kn reception to get your key cards and activate them for your room. Room lovely and spacious. Recommend requesting single beds if there are two of you, as you will get a room with a double and a single bed probably bigger than other options. Staff very attentive and accomodating. All amenities necessary in your room including hairdryer, iron and board and kettle with well stocked array of teabags, coffee and milk. Lots and lots of plug sockets, at least 5 we counted and plenty hangers. Lovely breakfast. Recommended for easy access to Liverpool city centre :)

Great stay!
Was really impressed, hotel was lovely, location was perfect - close enough to everything you need but far enough away to switch off. Every staff member we encountered were great and friendly. Breakfast was the most sedate hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, good selection and very clean, well topped up even when they were busy. I don’t normally bother leaving reviews, but the staff alone made me feel the need to. There’s a huge choice of hotels in Liverpool, and I really feel like we couldn’t have picked a better one for our stay!

Excellent Hotel & Friendly Staff
Stayed 3 nights for my daughters 21 st birthday, perfect location, hotel was lovely very new and modern , comfortable beds, lovely shower and bathroom, breakfast was lovely choice of cereals to continental & fried food , even gluten free section. Decor is lovely would definately return. Ordered a cake platter and celebration package but a bit pricey for what it entailed but my daughter was happy so that was the main thing.

I had a room with a terrible view sink had a very loose tape in bathroom very awkward layout in bathroom.. Maldron Manchester so much nicer we had stayed the night before for 1 day and room so much nicer

Great hotel
Was staying for 3 nights with friends. Room was lovely and view over Albert Dock. Very clean and comfortable. Also very central as everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance. Staff were amazing and so helpful.

We stayed Sunday to Tuesday. Room was ready when I arrived early, but was able to go to it soon after arrival. Ideal location for the town centre. Parking was in the Q Park across the road which was very secure, would definitely use again.
