My stay was very comfortable. Service in the bar for food was very good indeed. The only thing I had to ask for was for water in my room. Apparently it wasn't supplied to all rooms which I thought strange but I was given 2 small bottles and they lasted my two nights. Thank you.

Lovely place. Shame the toilets in the restaurant were not up to the quality of the rest of the hotel (toioet paper all over floor, sinks out of order, dirty hand dryers). The hotel is a regular place for us to visit when we come to Liverpool and is always a treat.

Such a lovely hotel! The fire in the entrance is amazing, we stayed for an event at blackstone warehouse as 2 girls. Fast check in friendly staff & room was lush! Great location for shopping & going out

Ok hotel

Nice hotel in a good location, although next door car park very expensive for a one night stay. Puts £22.50 on the overall price. Also, the shower temperature dial didn't work so had to use the bath

The hotel was beautiful, staff warm and welcoming. Parking is recommended on the hotel website at the carpark next door however, this is very expensive and you do not receive a discount from Malmaison. I would recommend doing your home work on alternative parking although it was safe and manned.
