I rate 4/5. Easy parking, i love the room ,we got the suites with 2bed, it come with kitchen. The room was clean and big. Breakfast was ok, with easy dinning. The only think was bathroom does not have ventilation fan.

This place is amazing!!! There is value in being new. As of Dec 2024 they've been operating for 6 months only and it shows in their property. I love the outdoor hot tub, when I was there it was 36F outside and it felt comfortable. The indoor pool was not huge but water was really clean, unlike some of other hotel in the similar price range I stayed at. I also really love the water dispenser in the front desk, it gives you cold, hot and soda water. It was amazing. The bed and the room was amazing too. Lots of room. TV was huge and you can watch your own things on Netflix, YouTube etc. The downside: toilet paper was in an odd place and was hard to reach. The pillow was not great quality and doesn't have much support.

Favorite place in livingston to stay of of yet this is my 4th hotel. Room are spacious clean. Customer service friendly no judgement. Any chamges they do there best to work with you.

Flight arrived late at night did not notice until morning that the sheets had NOT been changed before sleeping in them. They were dirty and had hair that was not ours in them! Hot tub was broken also. Fan not working in our bathroom. The breakfast was amazing!

The rooms were very spacious and clean. Several pillow options on the beds. Pool hours are long and pool temperature was excellent. The wind was blowing like crazy and the jets in hot tub were broke so the outdoor hot tub was a bit chilly. The front desk offered us all that was needed to make s'mores on the outdoor fire pits. Everyone was so friendly!! Wyatt was exceptional! If he hasn't had a raise in awhile, he definitely deserves one. The breakfast was sub par, at best. The options were limited and low supply on the items they did have. Our large group of 7 just ended up going up the street to McDonald's.

This is a beautiful new hotel. Staff was so nice. We’d stay here again. We were on the second floor and the people above us were so loud the second night. We didn’t get much sleep. It sounded like they were in a marching band up there. Not the fault of the hotel, but it was terrible. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was clean and it had a nice kitchenette.
