Modern Bungalow // Walk Downtown!

Cozy home walking distance to downtown Livingston, parks, and the Yellowstone river. We are minutes from both highway access and outdoor adventures! Brand new beds & couches, perfect for relaxing and playing games. We also feature a smart TV with fantastic sound system for movies/shows.

We have modern finishes blended with comforting style. This house is a fantastic place to relax for a vacation, or as a home base for your Montana adventures!

There is a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and the TV room contains a third pull-out bed (Queen) with a memory foam topper..

I am available for any questions, but live off-property. We feature a smart lock, so check-in is a breeze.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a Ring doorbell camera at the front door. This is used solely for the safety of guests and home. There are no other cameras on the property.
-Parking is on the street in front of the house, please do not park in the driveway.
-Please clean the dishes

Short stay in hometown
Nicely updated bungalow to stay in over Thanksgiving with my daughter and grandkids. Lots of room for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed (except dish towels) and the large dining room table was great for meals and games. Everything was super clean, and the beds were really comfortable. It was a very enjoyable stay!

Passing through on Motorcycles with friends
This was a perfect stopping point for the 4 of us as we passed through town both coming and going on vacation. Your home is clean, equipped with everything we needed - was a great stay. The only way to make it better for us as motorcyclists would be to add in a garage parking option or to trim down the hedge so that the motorcycles are visible from the home. thanks again for a lovely stay!

We cannot rave enough about this house and location. Was perfect for our trip. We hung out in Paradise valley and multiple trips to Yellowstone park. Loved the laid back atmosphere of Livingston. Perfect size town to have everything you need but still feel like a small town in Montana. House was very clean and had a real home feel to it. Easy access to downtown and any amenity that Livingston has to offer. All in walking distance. Couldn’t be happier with our stay.

Cute house, great location.
We decided to come to Livingston for the weekend to attend the Yellowstone Harvest Festival. The house is so cute. There were fruit trees in the front and back and we actually had a buck in the backyard one morning having a snack! The house was very clean and well stocked. The beds and bedding were comfortable. We took morning walks to the Yellowstone River each morning and went to the festival in the afternoons. Great stay!

In our dreams we never could have asked for a more perfect home! Beyond clean… no words! Perfectly appointed- beautifully kept vintage house. Great beds. Lovely little kitchen. Perfect bathroom. Darling place we would have loved to stay a second night but it was booked. Absolutely THE best rental we have ever stayed in and the price was excellent!

Wonderful stay
Very well stocked VRBO. Everything we needed was there. Very comfortable beds. Meticulously clean. Owner very attentive to shoveling the walk when a snowstorm hit. Highly recommend. The third bedroom has a foldout couch and that is also the TV room.

Such a great little house!
This house was perfect for our stay. We came in for a wedding and needed something convenient and comfortable. The location (other than the current construction) was perfect. We were walking and/or very very short driving distance to the Main Street of Livingston. The house was quaint and just what we needed. Only things to note were I didn’t realize there was no AC. We are from Texas so, AC is just part of our DNA. However, the weather in the summer was comfortable enough that we did just fine with a few windows open. Maybe some more fans? Or portable AC for when it’s above 90 would help with airflow? The only other issue was lack of full-length mirrors. We ended up heading to the store to purchase some, so future visitors, you are welcome! We would definitely come back here to stay. Everything was wonderful!

Internet was down not the owners fault. Front bedroom sheets had hair on them. The rest of house was clean and comfortable. Landscaping needs trimmed. Bushes were so thick had to walk thru them to get to door. Parking was limited. Construction on the street caused the parking issue. Owner was very nice and accommodating.

Charming bungalow in Livingston
We loved staying at this well stocked, spacious bungalow in Livingston which is within walking distance to the historic downtown and a large city park on the Yellowstone River. We will book it again on another trip in the future.
