Get ready for the ultimate adventure in Bear Lake! Whether you're unwinding in the hot tub or sauna or having a blast with arcade games, there's something for everyone. Plus, receive a pass to Ideal Beach for private beach access, parks, hot tubs, and pools. Explore ATV trails, and in winter, take a short 15-minute drive to Beaver Mountain Ski Resort for prime sledding, snowmobiling, and skiing. With ample parking for your boat and toys, this is the perfect getaway for your outdoor adventures!

This spacious 3-bedroom home sits on a large lot, so you truly feel like you've stepped into nature. This home features a master bedroom with a King Bed and HD TV. There is plenty of room for the kids as the second bedroom boasts two triple bunk beds with arcade games for their entertainment. The final bedroom has a queen bed and TV with views of the Mountainside. The living room has a large tv and a walk-out to the patio. The patio is huge and is great for kids to play, or to gaze at the Caribbean of the Rockies on our beach chairs. Roast marshmallows with our propane fire pit as you gaze at the views. This home is new with LVP and granite countertops. Two full bathrooms and plenty of parking space for boats or toy haulers. *Roads are plowed in the late fall, winter and early spring, but we recommend an AWD vehicle whenever there is snow.

KITCHEN/DINING:
We have intentionally stocked this kitchen with everything you'll need to make your favorite meals while on vacation! Top of the line appliances & the open floor plan make the kitchen and living areas one of the most popular gathering places in our home! Everything is included from the crockpot to the BBQ Grill!

LIVING ROOM:
The living room is set up to be the perfect place to gather as family or friends. The large and comfortable couch and chairs provide plenty of seating, and the large Smart TV provides easy access to entertainment. The natural light that comes in through the large windows creates an open and airy feeling, and lets you enjoy the view of the turquoise blue lake!

BEDROOMS:
We know that you'll be exhausted after spending all day exploring Bear Lake, so we've furnished our bedrooms with high quality mattresses so you can get the rest you need each night! There are three bedrooms, all main level living.

Bedroom #1 - King (sleeps 2)
Bedroom #2 - Queen (sleeps 2)
Bedroom #3 - Two Triple bunk beds(sleeps 6)

Ideal Beach Resort:
This home includes a pass to ideal beach. Ideal Beach Resort includes many amenities including, private beach access, parks, hot tubs and pools for the whole family.



PARKING:
We created our driveway with you in mind. Room for multiple vehicles, a boat and all your toys.

***Ideal Beach's pools and hot tubs are only open from memorial weekend to labor day weekend. The private Hot tub is open year round.

The entire home

Located in the Sweetwater Golf Course Community. Rural vibes, some of the best views of the lake, and 8-10 minutes to Garden City shopping. You will undoubtedly see turkeys, deer and, if you are lucky, a moose or two!

A night away
We were looking for somewhere at Bear lake that was affordable enough for just my wife and I to get away for a night. And this was perfect! Everything about this rental is run well. Easy check in and check out, no laundry list of cleaning items, and no feeling like you were staying in someone's home. You can tell the ownership and management know what they are doing.

Wonderful week in Garden City
Perfect getaway spot with amazing views. We were working remotely for the week and the internet was fast and reliable. The bed was super comfortable, the porch patio area was really nice to be able to enjoy the wildlife and sunrises. We even saw moose out front one morning. Super easy access to all the places around town. Loved our stay and would gladly go back!

Five stars does not say enough about this property. Gorgeous house and a wonderful host/property manager. We found the home to be immaculate and well stocked for our stay. Jake was available and very responsive to questions, and he went above and beyond to try to accommodate things outside of his control due to the weather. A must stay if you are in the area.

Amazing views, great rental and darling decor!
This house had everything we needed for our ski weekend at Beaver Mountain. Comfortable beds, hot tub after a long day on the slopes, and the views were outstanding! We are looking to return this summer for a weekend on the lake. We had our adult son, his girlfriend, and our 3 daughters. Plenty of room for everyone. The hot tub with the view was a highlight of the rental.

Great experience
It was as expected, which I appreciate. Wonderful views, quick responses from owner, clean & well-designed. There are no drapes on the living room windows. The master and queen bed rooms are both connected to the master bath. It was a cozy retreat. I really enjoyed the Ideal beach pass and the hot tub.

Fantastic view! Family friendly!
We stayed here with our family of 7 plus grandma. The kids had a BLAST with the triple bunkbeds and the arcade games! We all loved the hot tub and outdoor fire pit table with an INCREDIBLE view of the lake to enjoy! Very convenient location to Ideal Beach and raspberry shakes:) Great kid’s amenities in the home!! Disney+ and Netflix, board games, toys, arcade games, sand toys, beach towels, pack n play with a mattress, washer and dryer with plenty of detergent!, high chair. Home was very clean and check in and communication were great! The only thing I wish was that there was a blackout curtain in the master as the sun shines in early and hot right onto the pillows. I do LOVE that they didn’t have a long list of cleaning at check out! (I hate when places charge a cleaning fee and then expect for you to do a bunch of cleaning to check out). Kids are already asking to go back! Absolutely staying here again!!!!

Amazing View The White House!!
This was our first time to Bear Lake and we loved it! The White House was immaculately CLEAN and SMELLED SO GOOD! Designer decorated and had all of the basics you would need throughout. Fantastic owner communication and easy entry/exit. Hot tub was perfect during day and night. We used Ideal Beach access one day and that was a lot of fun. Plenty of space and privacy and easy access to the ATV trails (brought our machine). Loved our stay here and will stay again!

Beautiful View, close to restaurants and beach access
We had a wonderful stay at the White House. The house was as advertised with gorgeous views of Bear Lake. The house had most things you would need including basic spices and oils, coffee filters, basic pots/pans and other cooking supplies. Beach toys and beach towels were provided along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms. Lots of games/books and arcade games for kids. Hot tub worked very well. Enjoyed access to Ideal Beach with pools, beach access, putt putt golf, and playground. Jake was very easy to reach and always responded very quickly. He was a great host. My only suggestion for improvement would be the addition of some table lamps. The main room lights are very bright and either all on or all off. I would definitely recommend this property if you are looking to stay in Garden City/Bear Lake area. Thanks Jake!

Bear Lake getaway
We were visiting our son as he graduated from Utah State and then spending some time seeing the sites around the Logan, Ogden, Park City area. This house was right in the middle. Very nice, clean house with everything that anyone could need including a washer/dryer, with detergent and a semi-stocked pantry (saved us when we forgot coffee!) Check-in was at 4 pm and we arrived about 10 minutes early - somewhat concerned that the door lock code didn't work, we unloaded and sat on the porch for a few minutes and at 4 pm the code worked - the wonders of technology! LOL! The view was truly beautiful. We had a very relaxing visit and would recommend this property to others.

Winter Storm Stay
Sweetwater was a wonderful get away! The home was very clean and a great place to relax. The view is unbeliveable! There are a few refinements that would make this house perfect. As a lake/snow sport home, there is no place to enter that can a person can sit down and take off snow boots/clothes without being in active living space and getting the floor wet. Also, there is a lack of bedroom furntiure and closets to hang and unpack clothes. These things aside, it was a beautiful spot to take in the beauty and relax!

Cozy winter weekend!
We had a wonderful winter weekend at the White House! This little house was perfect for our family of 6. Very cute and cozy. There were little extras that were appreciated, and only a few things we were left wanting, so I made those suggestions the manager. The lower bunk beds are kind of a tight sleep, would only recommend the tops for older kids/teens or adults. The hot tub was nice, and the view is breathtaking! We would definitely stay again!

We found our house to be very clean. The hot water was limited for the four of us, had to strategize our shower times. A ceiling fan in bedrooms would be great, and coffee pot needs attention or replaced. The hot tub was awesome, and the views amazing!
