The unexpected benefit of staying at the 55 by Le Mirage was how quiet it was at night. There was little to no street noise.

Nice central location. Hotel was renovated and comfortable. We had a nice time. The family room is good for our travelling family with two teenage daughters. Would recommend.

2 maintenance issues
Unfortunately the lift was out of order and our room was on the 3rd floor. This was communicated before our arrival but it was too late to find alternative accommodation. Staff were great and carried our bags for us. To compound our trouble when we arrived in our room we found the telephone system was also not working which meant a trek downstairs to talk to hotel staff. Other than these issues our stay was very comfortable.

Lovely hotel with a real boutique feel
Lovely hotel with a real boutique feel - clean, nicely decorated and a friendly atmosphere. When I checked in I was given a complimentary upgrade (without asking) which meant I stayed in a very nice room indeed, but they all looked good. This is a great area of London to stay in, close to Hyde Park, shops and the Tube, and very safe. Only very slight downside was that it was a little difficult to spot the entrance on the street. A flag or pennant like some of the other hotels on the street would solve this. Will stay here again if I have the chance.

This is a nice hotel with beautiful modern bathrooms. We were unfortunately placed on the 4th floor and the lift was not operational, which made for quite a hike up the stairs with heavy suitcases, and again each time we went out. Good breakfast options, bright and cheerful rooms.

This was a fantastic choice. The staff was wonderful and the property was in the perfect location. It was clean and the towels were fluffy. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.
