Great location, but needs cleaning attention.

Small room but functional and for once, truly quiet. Great location. But many areas were not clean or spotless clean (desk, plug frames, bed headboard). It was clean, otherwise, where it matters, but not enough considering the price. The AC can be controlled through the iPad but setting to 18C and high fan didn’t do much. It was still warm. Bed was firm and comfortable. Bedding of decent quality, but not sure if natural fiber. Great staff at reception.
Some raised stain on the desk.
Filthy plug frame next to the sink.

The location and customer service is the only good part!! Rooms are super small and nothing compare to the rest options, housekeeping every 3 days was disappointing and very stressful and the food menu options is very limited.

Nice but disappointing customer service

Our room was fantastic, amazingly views. The major disappointment was that we booked a year in advance and chose this hotel because of the bar and outside area and views, so called the hotel to check as a resident on NYE we could use the rooftop bar on NYE and it was confirmed that we . were allowed. On NYE we were turned away as there was a ticketed function. This was really disappointing as we had planned to spend our evening in that area. No communication was ever emailed letting us know ahead of time of this restriction. Had we known we would have cancelled and booked another hotel.
