My brother and I enjoyed our stay. From reading the reviews, I instantly booked and I’m glad I made the decision to stay here. From the moment we arrived and approached front desk to check in, we were impressed! The room was spotless, the beds are extremely comfortable, the breakfast buffet has so many options to cater for everyone. They had vegetarian sausages for my brother and I when we wanted an English warm breakfast. We looked forward for breakfast every morning. Everyone that we dealt with working here were so lovely and helpful. The location is so perfect, bus stops right outside the hotel and a short walking distance to Russell Square Station on the Piccadilly Line. We’re travelling from Australia to the UK again next year and we’ll definitely stay here again! I want to leave a review for the gentleman working at front desk and I’m pretty sure I remember his name but it’s written on a card and I want to make sure I spell it right. So for now I’ll say he has been our favourite front desk staff member from all the hotels we’ve ever stayed in! He explained how to get around, we wanted Jamaican restaurant ideas and he printed out pages of restaurants. He was kind and we were impressed. I think his name is Janai and if I’m wrong I apologise. When I get my hands on the card he gave us, I’ll leave another review if I spelt it incorrectly. A+ and we will be back!

Great location in the heart of London. Hotel is very adequate in terms of amenities. Beds were comfortable and the room size and bathroom were perfect for 2 people. Very busy the time we were there and the hallways could get a bit nosy at night. But otherwise a very good bargain and spent 2 weeks. Will stay again.

City Sleeper that requires a charm makeover
Checking in was inefficient. Waited over 20 minutes and was then informed they had no record of my stay. Eventually they found it on their system but there was no apology forthcoming for the error. I think the staff need a charm offensive as they appear indifferent to their customers. However the room itself was good with a great bed, good shower facilities and clean
