I forgot her name who assisted us on our first day. For a tired traveler, it is important to feel welcome & sure enough we felt that from her. She was very helpful, friendly, & making us feel comfortable. The place is old Victorian style. They clean our room every single day that made us feel relax for every long tiring day.

Dolphin is a typical Hotel in the Sussex Gardens Norfolk Square area. Adequate no frills rooms at a reasonable price and good for a short 1-2 night stay and very convenient for transport links etc. can be a bit noisy and there is a lot of litter around the square. But overall ok and as per expectations.

Close to transport and amenities. Comfy bed and clean sheets and towels. Good shower pkenty of hot water. Reception manned at all times. Could hear the tube rumbling but stopped at 12 and started at 6am. Earplugs a good idea.
