Location is great! Lots of food options within 5 minutes of walk. Piccadilly Line directly to Earl's Court (8 minutes walk) from LHR Terminal 2 in 45 minutes. (My first time taking the underground from LHR due to traffic jam at airport.) Staff is very friendly and nice. One big flaw is the room is very dark as mentioned by many other reviewers. The room is painted in dark color, with insufficient lighting, so not bright enough. Bed is nice a firm and sheets are clean. However, housing keeping only done if you stay for more than 7 days. (My experience is housing keeping is offered for 5 or more days, so the room can be refreshed every 3 days.) I booked the accessibility room. It was promoted as a larger room, but it did not mentioned it was half a floor below sidewalk, so the nature lighting into the room is very limited. On the other hand, if you like shower jet, this type of rooms has 8 shower jets for wheelchair bounded guests and they are nice to experience.
Overall, I would consider staying there again due to the location and nice, firm, and clean bed. I would be a lot more motivated in bookint the place if the rooms are brighter with more lights, and they housing keeping is offered for 5 or more days.
