Very comfortable & clean experience Best feature? Easy Shower has dial so u can input the EXACT TEMPERATURE OF THE WATER! NEVER saw this anywhere and it was MARVELOUS! STAFF FRIENDLY courteous & helpful Close to high street shops etc. My new home in London

Awesome! They greeted me outside and helped me w my tonnage of baggage. Friendly, quick check in. Walkable to late dining options. Loved the bath tub and cool breeeze. Definitely will stay again.

Great Location and Fits the Bill
This was exactly what I needed, though it would have been nice if I could get the tv to work. It’s small but I didn’t need much and the location was top notch. If you’re looking for something fancy and planning to spend a lot of time in your room it may not be ideal, but it’s safe, clean, and serves its purpose well.

Staircase and bath are somewhat narrow (as probably everywhere in London). It also seems to take a lot of effort to keep the sidewalks clean. Everything else ist excellent. Highly recommendable.

Stay away from this hotel. Very dirty
I never did stay at the hotel but was charged. The manager told me i need to pay cash even though my card was slready charged. I left because i dont want to pay again since my card was already charged.
