So the hotel is extremely disconnected from everything. Closest buss station is 10 minutes on foot. The bus station is 22 minutes away on foot. There are 2 roads to get to the hotel, one is safe and good, the other one is closest but feels isolated and dangerous ( although i need to confirm that I have not had any threatening incidents) The staff is...okay.. some are very nice, and some are passive. I guess you get what you pay for.

Bad hotel stay away
one of the worse hotel i would say first day after i checked in i wasn't made aware their lift was broken i had room on second floor. i approached the lifts to find out they were broken had to move my heavy luggage through the staircase pretty annoying thought next day lifts would be fixed but not say trouble next day .room was below average cleanliness was poor .my kids bed broke while my mrs sqt on it to her shoes on luckily she wasn't hurt reported to the desk no help was offered instead staff asked me if my kid was jumping on it absolutely ridiculous and pathetic not so much helpful stuff at the reception. i would never stay here in the future

Accommodations was Dirty and Damp, I've never seen so many bugs in one room and had a large grey stain on the bed. booked for 2 nights after one night I checked out and stayed at a better hotel. only wish I could have got my money back Appalling if I could give it a 0 star I would. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

Not the usual mercure standard
Not the usual standard of mercury’s we’ve stayed in, it was run down and grubby, the whole place smelled like lynx deodorant, very strong and overpowering. I don’t think I came across a member of staff that smiled once. Check in was not welcoming at all either. The room was not comfortable, the bed sheets also smelled musky, and my son burned his hand on the hot water tap as they were labelled incorrectly. Even the carpark was full of dirty old mattresses, you could hear the rustling of animals inside them, that on top of the hundreds of pigions in there walking back to the car was not very nice at all.

Remedial works were going on at this hotel (ground floor) to which neither Expedia nor the hotel, (not even at check-in), did anybody bother to notify me - disappointing and poor service! TVs in both rooms I’d booked were not functioning, despite raising it with the hotel and giving several hours opportunity to fix - nothing was done. The Reception Staff were dismissive, Gaurav appeared to show empathy, but this hotel lacks a cohesiveness between staff and communication is poor. Breakfast was good, great service from Shanda - ample choices and good quality. This hotel, on this occasion, lacked customer focus and attention-to-detail. A disappointing stay!
