Absolutely love this hotel! It was perfectly located for walking too many great London localities, and a designated Uber pick up spot is right outside the front door. Service was impeccable. Love the bar! Great place, especially for the price.

A lively stay at the Mitre Hotel.

It was a lovely stay for us at the Mitre Hotel. The personnel there are so friendly and helpful. Its location is ideal, situated very close to Paddington station and the West End.The breakfast, included in the price, was very good value, but we did have one or two issues with incorrect breakfast orders because the foreign staff serving us were not fluent in English, and misunderstood. However, this was quickly resolved and the order was redone.

Great location, warm staff, & Value for money

We've stayed here 4 times and it's like staying with a great aunt. All the staff are friendly and warm, the rooms are not stylish, but very comfortable. The elevator is welcome if you have a lot of luggage. Breakfasts are hearty. Location is great: close to Paddington Station, 5 Tube lines, and many bus lines.

Excellent location, easy walking to many restaurants and easy walking to Paddington Station. The hot breakfast was a great time saver, and excellent in quality and quantity. In general, a pleasant place to stay. The only drawback was that the rooms were on the small side, but we didn't spend much time in our rooms anyway. The front desk associates were helpful and pleasant.

Absolutely wonderful customer service -- everyone working at Mitre House was warm, helpful, and super responsive. The rooms were spotless and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is not modern, but it's charming in its way (the photos on the site are accurate). We paid a premium due to the holiday but the normal pricing is well worth the stay.

Location very good, needs upgrading, the full English breakfast was greasy, tinned and poor quality. The toast, coffee, tea and juice were ok. Had scrambled eggs, on the second day and they were very nice. The bedrooms and bathroom were very small and had to fill the bath with the shower head. The Reception staff we’re not very helpful apart from the Australian / Kiwi lady who was amazing, and very helpful and could give us all the information we needed!
