Disappointed

The room was lovely but could have been cleaner. There was a crisp on the floor. There also was what looked like yogurt had been spilled over the curtains. We were unable to turn out the main light and had to pull the card out to turn off. This meant the when going to the toilet in the night we could not turn the light on without having the lights on and waking everyone up. The lights itself was very dusty and looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time.

Comfortable, clean, quiet hotel. Food is not very good and was similar to what you would get if you was sat in the stands. Exepected more to be honest... Great hotel, if yoiu do stay, would recommend eating outside of hotel.

Great stay

Was a very nice stay my wife loved the comfort of the bed didn’t have breakfast as was to exspensive. For the price it’s worth having to catch bus in to city or tube .

A good hotel but for central London you have to be prepared to jump in a cab or have a good walk to the closest tube. Good value stay.

The location is good but the guest experience was totally lacking. From being asked by security to explain yourself every time you entered the grounds, the disinterested staff, the horrendous and overwhelming pumped in aroma in the lobby to the bug ridden sofa. My stay was cheap but I wouldn't go back.
