It is a beautiful hotel, the cleaning service was superb, and the staff attentiveness was amazing. Very conveniently located, it was easy to walk to any must-see spots.

I appreciated the style of the building and the staff were friendly. The dining experience was quite pleasant. Unfortunately, I had issues with the room. It was nothing special and awkwardly laid out, but the real issue was a rather alarming stain I discovered after staying the first night. Staff responded quickly and moved me to another room, but my stay was unfortunately tainted, to say the least, by the experience. I would have appreciated further recompense for the disturbance. But other than that, the stay was fine, the bed was comfortable, the lounge and restaurants were pretty, and the area was walkable and close to trains. I had done a lot of research and was very excited to stay here as a special splurge for my birthday and was just very uncomfortable after that discovery.

The Staff were very professional, friendly and warm and we felt really welcomed. The location is very central and yet surprisingly quiet. It was very cold weather for our trip but the room was extremely cosy, inviting, well equipped and warm. The food and the cocktails were great. We would definitely stay at The Bloomsbury again.

Lovely hotel right near the Christmas market and all the fun things to do. Cute rooms with kettle, and tea options, robes, slippers etc. huge bathroom. All very clean and comfortable. Staff were always friendly.

Incredible Hotel & Outstanding Staff

Among the hotels that I never want to check out of, this one is numero uno! I left a non refundable stay at another area hotel to move to Bloomsbury, and then convinced the rest of my traveling party to move as well, all this after experiencing only 5 mins at Bloomsbury. The reception blew me away, the bell team, Shannon, Bella, and Sushaina were the kindest people I’ve encountered recently in my hotel stays. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable. The bars and restaurants were amazing as well.

I really like how everyone called me by my name. Also the mule wine was complimentary by the lounge next to the fireplace was very nice to enjoy as a guest. I also loved the turn down at night. It was so nice to have everything ready for me before bed time. I will be back.

I liked the hotel. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The food was good, as well. The problem I had is that Citi Bank told me that Bloomsbury was a "Red-Alert" Hotel, and they warned me about fraudulent practices, so it left me feeling uncertain the entire stay.
