Siisti ja edullinen hotelli. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hotellissa uima-allas ja kuntosali. Muutaman minuutin kävely metroasemalle. Alue turvattoman oloinen ilta-aikaan.

The hotel needs to be refurbished too many rusty objects. Swimming pool was very dirty. The sink in my hotel and the shower was very rusty. Needs to be inspected

Hotel für Städtetripp einigermassen geeignet

Pros: Das Hotelteam war sehr hilfsbereit in allen belangen.
Cons: Eine Renovierung wäre von Nöten.
Location: 40 Minuten mit der Piccantilly Line entfernt vom Zentrum.
Der Save hat zwei Mal nacheinander nicht funktioniert und musste - verbunden mit einer Wartezeit - ausgetauscht werden. Toilette roch streng.

Nice looking room but dusty and dirty.

I stayed two nights at this hotel. Jacuzzi wasn't working and they don't even inform you until you paid. The room was nice looking but it was filthy. Bed sheets wasn't changed which leaves me with a rash on my face the next morning. When I addressed this issue with the manager they didn't say anything or do anything to slap instead they kept making excuses. When you have a shower the door don't close you have to hold it close with one hand while trying to shower. Overall I will never stay here again as it was a horrible experience . 3 days now and the rash is still on my face. And yes it was due to the hotel as when I went to Boots pharmacy they told me it was a reaction due to dust mites.

Disappointing

Pros: Facilities such as swimming, gym, etc.
Cons: Cleanliness on everything must be improved.
The curtains and carpet were dusty. The taps were old type taps, wasting plenty of water.

Convenient location

Very handy for Heathrow with Hounslow Central tube station steps away, however the other well know brand name hotels in the same street are a better option. Hotel room decoration looked nothing like pictured and the room was battered in appearance. Whilst nothing was technically broken in the room, everything from headboard to sink taps was bashed or bruised in some way. Comfortable bed though and lovely for plane spotting out the window with no plane noise.

Fitnesszentrum/Hallenbad im eigenen Hotel

Das Hotel war eigentlich recht ordentlich. Am Abend um 18h als ich mit den Kindern (13+15 also jugendliche Personen und keine kleinen Kinder mehr) nach dem anstrengenden Tag in London noch mit ihnen ins hoteleigene Hallenbad wollte, durften wir nicht hinein gehen. Die Kinder hatten keinen Zutritt. Der Aufenthalt für Kinder ist beschränkt. Wir haben extra ein Hotel mit Hallenbad ausgesucht, damit wir nach dem Stadtaufenthalt noch schnell baden können. Ich fand es einerseits eine Frechheit, dass ich als erwachsene Person nicht mehr mit den Jugendlichen ins Hallenbad durfte. Einer Familie mit Jugendlichen würde ich es also nicht empfehlen!! D.R.

Great location at an unbeatable price!

I was upgraded to another room when the AC couldn't be turned off. Reception staff were very friendly and efficient in dealing with the problem. I was moved to another room without delay. Thank you so much. You are all doing a great job. Looking forward to my next visit soon.
