Not worth the money. Staff fell asleep on the reception desk and hassled by housekeeping before check out time four times, they kept coming into our room without knocking. Room was dirty and we paid for a deluxe kingsize room that had nothing deluxe about it
Lovely room great bed, comfortable and spacious room has desk and lounge chair. Nespresso espresso machine was well used. Rained shower was delicious. Lively view of Swiss Court and holiday revelers, no noise. Best blackout curtains ever! Helpful and friendly staff worked with me to quickly salvage lodging at last minute. Every staff member I interacted with was pleasant and engaging.
Appalling as Katarina advised our room that we had booked several months earlier was gone! No apology. Either down grade or move hotels which we had no option but to do.
Have had excellent service on all previous occasions. Sadly cannot review this time as we were moved to the other thistle property. Still awaiting resolve!!
Great friendly staff. Able to check in early. Nice room for 2. Comfortable and convenient to Picaddily square and Theatre district. Highly recommend Thistle.
The location was amazing. It is a short distance to the most amazing tourist attraction London has to offer. It made our trip much more about enjoying the moments rather than spending it on the commutes.
Also, the hotel room itself was very spacious and very quite despite of everything thar was going on outside.
The staff were also super nice and hospitable. We really really enjoyed our stay at Thistle piccadilly London.
Great location. Great room and clean. Checkin was slow as there was an issue with the system updating when a room was cleaned. Receptionist was very good and did her best to resolve. Maid also came into the room once we had go in with no knock. Also felt rushed out the room at 9am as again the maid knocked the door asking if we were checking out. Spoke to reception upon checkout and they were very apologetic.
The location of this hotel is simply excellent. It is between Piccadilly Circus tube station and Leicester Square tube station. Shopping and dining options are all within walking distance.
The hotel room is comfortable and staff are courteous. The bathroom is clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel waited for me to arrive before informing that the room wasnt available then sent me by taxi an hour across London to a sister hotel, no upgrade, no compensation, no acknowledgement...very poor customer service

Bathroom had a terrible sewage smell throughout our stay. We discussed this with the front staff and a technician reportedly attempted to fix the issue but the smell persisted. Otherwise, we were pleased with our stay.
I was impressed by the standard of the bed linen, towels and can do attitude of the staff- right from the chef to the house keeper. The breakfast was so fresh and appealing- good selection of hot and cold food and little touches like fresh parsley on the scrambled eggs was much appreciated
