The room was so clean including bed sheets and towels and everything. It was not so spacious based on the price you might pay but had so much stuff like a microwave that you could use during your stay. The staff were so nice and welcoming, especially a guy named Glen. But there was a downside for the room heating system, and it was that it couldn't heat up the room even though the maintenance attended to fix it up. So pretty freezing inside. But overall I'd recommend this hotel if there's a good discount.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. My room was sizable and was spotlessly clean. The kitchen definitely came in handy and the staff were super attentive. Communication with the staff was via WhatsApp and they were super responsive. Best of all, the hotel is located to multiple train and bus stations, so it was super easy for me to get to whatever I wanted to go in London. I definitely plan to book this hotel whenever I’m in London

One of the best stays in London
Very pleasant stay. From the moment i entered the hotel till the time i left, every staff member was amazing. Special mention to Christian, Fanny, Aisha and Gosia. I arrived 3 hours early from the check in time and Christian the property manager made sure i got the room asap and till that made me feel really comfortable and suggested places to go. Gosia and Aisha made took care of the food and beverage and it was delicious. There were other staff members too who were really nice. But my interaction was mostly with these 4. Also, do try their Flat white, It's amazing..
