Great Stay!
Another 4 night stay at this hotel. Staff are so good but English is limited. Carlos on reception is the guy to go to if you want an English speaker. Breakfast is good and plentiful.

Great Hotel
Check-in was quick and efficient. Staff at the hotel are very good and helpful but only one speaks English. Rooms were clean as was tge bathrooom. Cleaning staff attended everyday. Free coffe and tea is available in reception. The breakfast was excellent and we had a couple of meals in the evening. Meals were of a high quality and the portions were huge!

Uma grande decepção
Conheci a rede em Cascavel PR e tomei aquele hotel como referência então foi muito decepcionante o hotel em Maringá PR. Instalações antigas em que pese deva ter sofrido alguma reforma. O Quarto é minusculo. Pedi um quarto silencioso e me colocaram num quarto de frente para a Avenida praticamente. Chegamos apos as 14 horas, horario previsto pro check in e ficamos quase meia hora sendo enrolados pela recepção que nada falou alem de que o quarto não estav pronto. Ar condicionado Split sujo velho e barulhento. As janelas não vedavam nada do barulho da rua. Motos e carros pareciam estar dentro do quarto a noite. Enfim não entendo a avaliação das pessoas no site. Fui com base na avaliação e me arrependi. O hotel Rio em Maringá é muito melhor e mais bem localizado. Não recomendo.
