2/5 Poor
"Hotel was centrally located and easily accessible and rooms are well equipped. As the hotel is in the centre, sounds from the street (especially during the night time) were quite loud (as there are many bars and karaoke places in the neighborhood). Our rooms were on the second floor, we had a hard time sleeping (It is advisable to request for rooms upstairs).
In general, the staff members (Reception and Bar/restaurant) very nice and friendly.
What shocked us (and what reduced the overall rating) was that as we used Valet Parking, someone had slept in our car (passenger seat was in bed position). We commented it to the Valet guys and asked to talked to the manager. Manager was apparently out of reach and they promised that he/she would call back. He/she never did. We were in a hurry and had to start driving so could not continue settling it.
We had an idea that Hyatt would be a nice chain with proper Valet service - This has clearly not been the case. "
