If any evidence of smoking any substance is found inside the unit, you will be charged a minimum of $250 for additional cleaning fees incurred. If you must smoke, do so outside but PLEASE don’t throw cigarette butts on the ground, quiet hours be 10 pm-8 am no amplified instruments or equipment can be used within this time. Noise complaints are subject to having the reservation canceled with no refund. please respect the property and leave things as they were found and please clean up after yourself. Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m. For late arrivals (after 11 p.m.) please arrange with us prior. For late departures (after 11 a.m.) please arrange with us prior to your check-out date. We are flexible depending on guests that are coming in the next day. Early check-in is available, as long as there was no one staying at The unit the night before your arrival and you arrange with us at least 24 hours prior so we can have The unit ready for you.
