Upper Riviera-private, quiet, home away from home great for visiting relatives!

Hate those extra fees when you find an affordable nightly rate? So do we..Price includes all but the VRBO fee!!!
Stay right in the upper Hollywood Riviera Village neighborhood. We have a studio with a loft and a private roomy bathroom. There is a Queen bed in the loft (up a steep ladder) and a Queen futon couch with a memory foam pad on the main floor. We are located in a quiet family neighborhood and while the studio is connected to the owners main house, there are no main shared living walls except the bathroom.
There is a keurig coffee maker complete with pods and coffee condiments and a small fridge. We are however a no smoking, no cooking establishment due to there only being the bathroom sinks that are not equipped to handle food waste.

The owners live on premises. The guest entrance is through the backyard. The backyard is a quiet oasis to start your morning or end your day! If the dates you need show blocked please inquire as we sometimes have them blocked only because of check-in time arrangements.
We are close to Palos Verdes Walking trails, Many of South Bays best beaches and Marinas and some of the finest dining in Southern California.

Near cities of Torrance, Redondo Beach, Palos Verdes, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Rolling Hills Estates, San Pedro.

Cute Quirky Near Beaches & Restaurants

This unit is quirky in that the "ladder" to the bed is a bit intimidating but it was clean, quiet, and close to beaches and where I needed to be for business. The check in was easy and I was met and shown around. Lovely garden/siting area outside and even had some basic supplies like shampoo, toothpaste. Only a mini fridge and Keurig coffee maker but you are so close to so many amazing restaurant s and coffee shops in the Hollywood Rivera (Redondo Beach, PVE and Torrance. Tried il Primo, The Rex Steakhouse, Hi-Fi for coffee/breakfast, Original Pancake House, Sweet Wheat for French pastries and sandwiches and so much more.

Great spot in a very nice neighborhood. Close to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants in Redondo Beach. Hosts are very friendly and accommodating. We live locally and stayed here while our house was being tented for termites- this was perfect for our needs.

Great Cozy Room in Great Neighborhood

The owners, Mark, Suzy, and Evi (the dog) were very friendly and communicative, making the whole stay hassle free. The place was extremely clean and parking was no issue at all. We booked our stay in the middle of July, so it does get hot but they did provide fans for airflow. The wifi was also spotty at times but we were out exploring the city more often than not. Overall, a great place to stay that’s also extremely reasonably priced!

Great hideaway...

This is a great little place, perfect for our visit. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Mark and Suzy were wonderful, check in and out was super easy. Had everything we needed for a long weekend. Definitely will stay again.

Redundo Beach Get Away

Mark and Suzy were super hosts. They have a great patio area to relax on during good weather. We were there for a week. Close and easy accessible to several nice beaches and good restaurants. We would definitely stay at their place again!
