Päivitetty, klassinen ja moderni. Tämä 3 makuuhuoneen ja 2 kylpyhuoneen kotiin upeat ulkona viihdyttävä ja leikkipaikat odottaa matkaa! Suuret ikkunat päästää valon tulva olohuoneeseen, jossa coved katot ja kaareva tuloa ruokailutila paikkainen 8.

Oikealla ruokailutila löydät yksityinen käytävään jossa kaksi makuuhuonetta ja yhteinen täysin päivitetty kylpy sadesuihku. Makuuhuoneissa on yksi king-vuode ja yksi queen valmiiden ylelliset vuodevaatteet rauhallista yöunet.

Kautta ruokailutila tulet keittiö uuden ruostumattoman teräksen laitteet. Ruoanlaitto aamiainen on helppoa kanssa 5 poltin kaasuliesi.

Vieressä keittiö on kulkea pesula johtavat yksityiset Master Suite. Päällikkö puku on parisänky myös ylelliset vuodevaatteet, tyynyt ja taulutelevisio.

Keittiö avautuu ammattimaisesti suunniteltu takapihalla. Ylimitoitettu kivi Tiilipäällysteet luoda polku fantastinen katettu oleskelualue vieressä BBQ ja ulkona. Kotonpuolella on toinen katettu kuisti ja runsaasti tilaa lasten maksettaviksi ja aikuiset kokoontuvat, liotus Etelä-Kalifornian auringossa ja nauttivat erityistä aikaa perheen kanssa.

Naapuruston yleiskuvaus:
Kävele Hahamongnan puistoon (jossa voit jopa vuokrata polkupyörää!), hyppää alas upeaan Lincoln-markkinoille, minuutteihin Pasadenin vanhakaupunkiin Norton Simon -museoon, Rose Bowl Aquatics -keskukseen, Pasadenan leikkimökkiin, upeita kauppoja ja helppoa vaellusta JPL: lle. Keskeisellä paikalla vain 20 minuutin päässä Los Angelesin keskustasta, Staples Centeristä, Dodger Stadiumista ja Burbankista sijaitseva koti on vain 3 kilometriä vanhankaupungin Pasadena & Rose Paradelle, joka on 4,4 kilometriä Rose Bowlille, lähellä retkeilyreittejä ja Trader Joe'n markkinoita. Viisitoista minuuttia LA-eläintarhaan, 20 min Universal Studios, 25 min Hollywood Blvd., 30 min Six Flags Magic Mountain. Vain 1 mailin 24 tunnin kuntosali ja paikalliset kansainväliset markkinat. Kaikki apuohjelmat sisältyvät. Koirat katsotaan. Suuri takapiha on täysin aidattu. Ajotieltä pysäköinti. Freeway-yhteys on vain kahden minuutin päässä.

Nice day for the family, good home base for our trip
We enjoyed our stay in the Pasadena area, will making day trips to LA, Santa Monica, Malibu. The home was clean and well stocked, and a good home base. There was nice outdoor space for the kids to play sidewalk chalk.

Beautiful Oasis
This was our first time in California and visiting the LA area. It was nice to have a place outside of the city to retreat to after a long day of exploring. It was the perfect space for three adults as we all had our own rooms that was a good distance away. We loved having coffee on the patio outside with the beautiful landscaping in the backyard and the picturesque mountains in the background. All rules were super easy to follow and very clear. The property manager was very sweet and made sure we could communicate with her easily. An amazing stay and we would definitely love to stay again at the next opportunity!

Location: Easy to find, maps were correct in guiding you there. I We loved the location to trail and bluffs; Great views of skyline Front Yard, Front Porch, Security System - Excellent, love the iron work and porch layout. We found a Tesla battery charging system on the driveway wall - did not try to use but good for you to know. Nice feature. Front Room, Dining Room, TV, Seating, and Front Bedroom all Excellent. Side Porch: Very nice feature off the dining room. Comfortable chairs. Use caution if you have small children or pets staying on this property. On our last night we watched a momma skunk and two kits walked by fence line. Love nature, but could have been an issue. Second Bedroom: Nice size, bed comfortable. Biggest issue for us was the sky light in the center of the room. You cannot dim it or turn it off. It turns on at first dawn and runs very bright all day long and into the evening, So expect to rest in the spotlight Master Bedroom, Kitchen, Laundry - all great. Would recommend opening windows if cooking, could not find a vent and bacon set off alarms. Bathrooms: Spacious but the showers are confusing. Owner should put together instruction sheet for how to adjust the various heads/temp. Takes a few minutes to learn the various controls Back Yard: Grill is clean. Issue for us is back was heavily covered in spider webs. Took 45m to clear, we ended up not using at all cuz they came back next morning.

Wonderful home and fantastic location
The house was roomy and well equipped, with a beautiful backyard that allowed us to enjoy the sun. The neighborhood is quiet and centrally located to downtown Pasadena and Flintridge restaurants and stores. A large number of hiking trails into the foothills of the Angeles National Forest were around the corner from the house.

Great place to stay with my family of 5. We enjoyed the property as it was near the places we wanted to visit. We even went to watch the Angles play which was a drive, but then again it’s LA traffic. We would recommend this home.

Would stay again!
This was a last minute reservation. The property manager was very accommodating to our party of seniors on a short notice. There was enough room for the family members to gather and have privacy. The backyard was very private and quiet; you would not know you in the middle of a metro area. Everything was very clean and welcoming. We were prepping for a family event and the location made it easy for us to do all the necessary shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved it all! House is very comfortable, bedrooms are spacious. One bedroom has skylight so if you need a very dark room, use one of the other 2 bedrooms. Everything in the house has great quality . A lot of great details like the heated bathroom floor. Highly recommend!

Great location for Rose Bowl
Location is near downtown Pasadena & right by the rose bowl stadium which made it easy to drive to for a festival we attended. Rooms are all spread out and spacious. Would book again!

Very Comfortable house

Fantastic bungalow!
Just a fantastic stay here - we were out to visit family and stayed here with our boy (4) and daughter (1). It was a great spot, and worked perfectly for the little ones as well! The house is gorgeous, and just the right balance of traditional Pasadena bungalow with modern touches. The backyard was great - had friends over a few times after the kids had gone to bed and was a great spot to hang out in the evenings, even with the slight April and May chill!

Loved the house and the property. Backyard is a beautiful place to hang out. Rooms were spacious and everything is decorated with a designers touch. The solar tubes in spare room should be covered bc very bright early in am. But overall just wonderful.

Family visit
I rented this property for myself and my adult children for Mother's Day. It was perfect for us. The welcome basket was a plus. Loved sitting on the outside porch having coffee. It was also located so close to walking trails which we took advantage of. The location was perfect for going to Echo Park, Silverlake and Glendale which is where we wanted to go during this trip. But within easy distance to Rose Bowl and museums in Pasadena and San Marino. I would say that some of the art may be a bit scary to children, though the rooms and layout of the home is perfect for a family. We would definitely book this home again.
