Big room with no way to charge my electronics.
The room was a great size. The jetted tub was very nice. However only 2 outlets worked. So i was limited on what i could charge or plug in. There was a good amount of them, they just didn't work. They do not have enough parking.

Got there late at night looking to sleep and only sleep. We pulled the blanket back on the bed only to find brown stains that looked to be fresh on the sheets. The room smelled real bad of something. It wasn’t pleasant. The carpets were dirty. If you can avoid this hotel please do so.

The hotel has bed bugs and was dirty. After a long day at universal I must have missed them because I do search every hotel before I stay there. Woke up the next morning and found one alive and crawling in bed. Took photos and booked it out of there. Told the individual in the front office who wasn’t surprised at all. He was kind and apologetic. The only good thing was the staff were friendly. Avoid this place unless you want bed bugs. Please always check the bed and surrounding areas.
