We were regular customers for over 3 months bcz we were waitn for an apartment,. Normally, we had a sustainable relationship with the staff and bcz it was economical, we didn’t complain about the conditions (broken old furniture, roaches, mold, etc.). We were there frequently. However, the last (and final) stay was demeaning… bcz I thought we had a good rapport, the room had a leak somehow… It wasn’t bothersome for us but I reported it to the front desk and the attendant accused us of causing the leak. I was offended bcz I was simply telln them for their knowledge but the attendant rudely dismissed my details to the point where the waitn customer noticed how rude he was. I requested (and was given) a refund for th e remainder stay… and upon their investigation, they found that the leak was caused by a plumbn issue… yet, he never apologized… we will never patronage this establishment agn, and will not recommend them anymore bcz of this demeaning behavior… I was sooo disappointed bcz they received thousands of dollars from us… to the prospective consumers, please know that you have options and you are appreciated, elsewhere.
