I think they have bed bugs. We stayed for 2 nights and my son and I woke up with red bites on our necks. We asked the employee at the reception but he said he didn’t know he worked nights and to go back and complain after 8:30 😩

the walls are thin. you can hear people upstairs walking, and people next door coughing. the place is clean. parking is a little tight, i have a half ton truck and i could barely fit in the parking spot, but then again that seems to be a common theme in big city parking spots. would i stay here again, yes, mainly because of the cleanliness and convenience of how close it is to universal studios.

Hotel location was great, ample parking, clean lobby, specious room, but the bed and pillows were awful. The pillows were paper thin and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. We both slept like crap.

It didn’t start well. I Got a message saying my card had been cancelled and giving me 30 minutes to sort out the reservation would be cancelled. Turns out this was because the bank had sent me a new card after I booked and when I phoned they said I had to sort out with Expedia. Their AI system didn’t understand the problem so I called back and spoke to another guy who was less rude and more helpful. The hotel is a bit tired. Coffee only available in the lobby as no kettle or coffee maker in the rooms. No housekeeping unless you expressly ask for it and they don’t tell you that unless you ask… A middling hotel in a middling neighbourhood. There’s a microwave in the room but nothing to eat with or from. Convenient for the freeway but that’s about it.
