The staff is wonderful and the rooms are spacious. The location is close the the freeway, beach, and great restaurants. My only suggestion is the property could use a good power wash on the sidewalks,

We had Ants all over our shower. Booked a 4 night stay. They offered to move us into a new room that may or may not have ants. Staff on duty also assured me I would receive a refund for days not stayed if I checked out following day. After sitting on hold with the travel company to process refund, they inform me the hotel will not refund me right after the two ladies working front desk had just assured me there would be a refund. They informed me that their front end manager was changing their original offer to refund. I spoke with the manager and she was not helpful at all. I will never stay at Hyatt again due to this experience of being assured of one thing, only to have someone else override and change it. The staff as a whole represents the whole company. As someone that travels often, I can tell you they were NOT very professional.

Loved staying here. It is in a perfect location, with a lot of dining and convenience stores nearby. They have delicious breakfast as well. Definitely staying here again for future travels.

We are a family of 7. Somehow we ended up in a handicapped accessible room. Which meant things we set up a bit different (low bed). There were no bedroom lights. We had 3 towels for two bedrooms. When we went and asked for more they were not real willing to give us more. The pillows were square couch type pillows - not comfy at all. Had what we needed for two nights but definitely won't stay at again.

Good hotel. Carpet was a bit worn in my room near the front door. Needs repair. No elevator to upper floor rooms. Be prepared to carry your luggage up 2 or 3 flights of stairs.

This was our first family vacation and we loved staying here. Breakfast was perfect, rooms were clean and spacious for our large family. My only recommendation which didn’t cause it to affect the rating, would be the pool. It said heated and the kids got in and it was freezing! I checked it a few times to make sure it wasn’t a one off, but it was cold each time.
