Worst customer service from a Hilton hotel
The stay was amazing until the power went out. Im not sure why a big hotel like that doesnt have a generator. The entire hotel was blacked out from around 8pm until the next day, when i left there was still no power. No one came around to let us know what was going on. I asked the front desk if they were giving refunds or partial refunds and I was told i could have left if i wanted to! Unreal!

The hotel listed offer heated pool but the pool water never heated up to normal temperature, This was also happened to me last month when I stayed. The manager should do the better job for what was offered and listed as an amenities to the customers. Thanks

Location is convenient with plazas and restaurants nearby within walking distances. Facility and rooms are kind of outdated and need some makeover. The staff on housekeeping sometimes does a great job but sometimes not. During my stay, there were times when I was left with only one set of towels when I had 4 sets unused inside the room before housekeeping was done. Nit sure why they took over the clean ones. The front desk staff was helpful and courteous. They provide a number so I can request services etc just by texting them, which is a great and convenient feature! Love it!
