The front desk staff were awful they were rude and did not want to send housekeeping to the room nor give extra blankets and towels. Maria is the manager she was rude over the phone when asking questions ñ. Becky as well her tone was rude when asking her questions. I will not stay here again made me feel uncomfortable

I had an awful experience while I was checking in around 9pm They front desk agent wouldn’t hand me my room keys until I had verified my car license plate since they wanted to charge me for parking. I had given her my car make model and color and told her to charge me but she insisted for me to go back all the way to the parking lot to get a license plate. Very unprofessional and rude for no reason.

Property itself is nice and clean. The area around the hotel isn't so nice. The only restaurant in view is closed and you must travel a few minutes to find quality food. The staff is helpful and efficient - very kind. Although my stay was comfortable, I would not choose this location again if given a choice. The hotel is nice - just in a less than great area for any conveniences.
