How many things can go wrong.
Made 2 night pre-paid reservation on Hotels.com. Travel plans changed so we only needed second night. Based on notification from the Hilton App I checked in 3PM on the first night (when we weren't staying) to hold the room. Received a confirmation and room #. When we arrived the next day we were told our reservation was canceled and no record of a check-in. Manager was eventually able to sort it out, but we only received 1 night credit, though we paid for 2. And to top it off, we were told on check-in that the weekly reception (Wed night) would be at 6, and then at 6 were told it was cancelled.

Hotel has gone downhill
We’ve stayed here before and this time I was not completely satisfied. First of all, they couldn’t find our reservation. The trash was full around the property. You have to request room service, they used to come everyother day. Our sink drain was clogged and it took 2 days to fix. Also, our shower drain was not draining well either. The bed was really uncomfortable. We have liked the amenities and space but I will think twice before staying here again.

Toilet was way too low and toilet paper was terrible. Glasses in kitchen were dirty, had to wash them. Bed was very comfortable and my third floor room in the back of the building was very quiet Great channels line up on TV. Breakfast food needs upgrading, no oat milk!

This Homewood Suites property is our favorite! The buildings face away from the interstate, which makes for quiet rooms. We enjoyed the lovely grounds and swimming pool/hot tub.

I had no idea they only did housecleaning every other day. I came back to my room on day two of my stay and nothing had been done. Beds not made, towels on the floor where we left them. Won’t go there again.

This is our second time at the property and the stay was pretty good. Breakfast is adequate and rooms are spacious. Because it’s a pet friendly owners must be more diligent in cleaning up after the dogs. There was an instance where I almost stepped in dog mess. Also if families are cooking in rooms then hallways must be freshened as on 2 occasions the smell was really bad when we entered building 3.

I know this is a pet friendly hotel and we had our dog with us. What was disappointing is the number or pet owners who did not bother to pick up after their pets when the property provided poop bags and disposals all around. It is nice to be able to bring your dog and others show total disrespect.
