Our luxurious studio is ideal for, business trip, auditions or just to enjoy Souther California. You will enjoy our 86 inch tv, with recliner sofa and a nice dry therapeutic sauna, from the bathroom you can walk to our jacuzzi and pool. We are located in one of the most unique street in Burbank at Magnolia Park you can find many antique shops, stroll down for a good coffee or just to have a nice dinner in our or our local restaurants.

We have a ring motion lights facing the street that records all the time.

Great stay in Burbank!
We enjoyed our time staying here while in town for a friends wedding. The studio was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Super close to shops and restaurants. Parking was not a problem which was also a plus since areas in LA can be tough. Thank you again for having us!

The hype is real
My wife and I were in town for a couple of events. Joanna and Eric really made our stay feel like at home. They are great hosts, very friendly, always avaliable. They were really thoughtful in creating a space that made guests feel welcome; it had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood was also super nice. We will definitely come back, and already raved about the place to our friends. Thanks once again for having us!

Heart of Burbank
This property is amazing. Located right off of Magnolia in the heart of Burbank. Walking distance to tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. The host did an amazing job with this place. Super clean, tons of coffee, and easy to navigate to. We didn’t need to reach out to them for anything. Everything was as described. I don’t usually leave detailed reviews, but this place deserves it. This will definitely be our preferred place every time we come back to Southern California.
