Spacious Beverly Hills 2 Bed w/Parking

This beautiful Beverly Hills 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is your perfect vacation getaway! Clean, comfortable, and lots of space! You're right in the heart of Beverly Hills, and just minutes to West Hollywood.

As you enter the apartment you'll come into the open living room and dining area. The dining table has seating for 4 and there is plenty of seating in the living room with a big comfy couch (that folds out into another bed) surrounding a 50 inch TV. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on opposite ends of the unit with the kitchen/living/dining room areas in between. The first bedroom is en-suite and the second bedroom has the bathroom just across the hallway (making it easier for any guests sleeping on the couch to use).

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, as well as 1 parking spot in the secure garage

I provide guests with self check in instructions but am just a phone call/text message away. Please make sure to follow the self check in instructions provided in the Airbnb Itinerary after a confirmed booking.

The house is 4 blocks to The Beverly Center, 1 block to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and just a short drive to West Hollywood.

1 bath towel per person is provided. Beach towels and body wash/soap are not provided. There are laundry machines on site. Parking for 1 car.

I know you're here to have fun, but I don't allow parties or rent to people who are going to make lots of noise late at night and upset our neighbors. Noise complaints can result in lost deposits. Future renters beware
We discovered a big live cockroach inside the apartment hallway. We also noticed that the floors were very sticky (obviously had not been cleaned for a long time), and that the carpeted areas did not appear to have been vacuumed. Additionally, we were disappointed with several basic things: the carpet had a lot of stains, the handle of the fridge was roughly fixed with scotch tape to hold in place, the few dishes and pans available were mostly chipped and some did not look clean, many light bulbs in the kitchen did not work (no blinds on the kitchen window either), the big kitchen cupboard door did not close properly, the master bedroom balcony was unusable and in need of major repairs (had a chair with broken stuff on it too), the small closet in the master bedroom was unusable (broken closet rod), etc. As we know from using VRBO, a VRBO rental should provide all of these basic attributes, and their absence/lack of maintenance makes the renter feel cheated, yet we paid good money for this rental. The owner is also not good at responding to such issues.

Property has seen hard use
Fantastic location -- just half a block from Cedars-Sinai. I live in San Diego and had hoped for a clean, pleasant, peaceful place to rest for a few days following heart surgery at Cedars. Unfortunately, the pictures are deceiving. Surface cleaning was mostly okay, but the place has seen long, hard use: stained and burned (cigarette burns) carpets, grungy buildup in tubs, common areas not maintained and dirty, noisy neighbors overhead, broken chairs, stained linens, dirty vents, and the whole place smelled vaguely of sewage. We spent one night after I was discharged and then decided to give it up as a loss and head back to San Diego, even though I'd paid for 4 more nights. Texted the manager expressing my unhappiness. He responded with, "Really? People have been loving the place." Then I sent photos of the gross stuff and have received no response since then.
