It's thoughtfully designed for comfort and finding some peace from the demands of everyday life. Wake up for an early morning surf or sleep in and walk out the gate to the beach to bask in the golden sun. Our home is the perfect perch for you to pause and enjoy all Manhattan Beach has to offer!

The Space:
We designed this apartment to feel comforting and serene. From the comfy bed to the relaxing interior design, staying in this apartment will have you breathing a sigh of relief. When you decide to step outside however, so many exciting activities await. It's a unique and priceless experience to be able to stay so close to a world renowned beach and we are very excited for you to experience it. Manhattan Beach itself is very dear to us and we can't wait for you to visit.


You will also be walking distance to a plethora of amazing places to eat drink and be merry!

Skip on over to our famous restaurants, shops, art galleries and endless entertainment options; rent e-bikes or surfboards, and learn about marine life at the aquarium on the pier, picnic at the local parks and more! Tour the town or just take the time to lay out on the beach and relax, either way Manhattan Beach will not disappoint.

There is no parking available at the property. Street parking only, but note being at the beach spots can be limited at times.

-This is a non-smoking property, smoking is prohibited in units and on balconies or decks per the Hermosa Beach smoking ordinance. Additionally, the beach and Strand Boardwalk are non-smoking
-We ask that all guests be respectful and courteous to our neighbors. This includes community quiet hours from 10pm-8am daily.

Getting Around:
Many locals prefer to walk throughout the city of Manhattan Beach or bike along the coast to explore other beach cities.

Other Things to Note:
Cleaning services are conducted prior to guest check-in only. Mid-stay cleanings can be scheduled based upon availability for an additional cleaning fee equal to the cleaning fee initially paid. If you would like to schedule a mid-stay cleaning, please let us know in advance.

No Smoking or Vaping Policy: Please be advised that for the enjoyment of our community, smoking of any type is strictly prohibited in the unit or anywhere on the premises. We reserve the right to charge a penalty cleaning fee ranging from $250 to $500 (based on the size of the unit) to any individual found smoking. This policy is enforced to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests and neighbors. Thank you for your cooperation.

Reminder: We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if the property is found to be excessively dirty after check-out. This fee starts at $250 and may increase depending on the time and cleaning supplies required by our cleaners.

A washer and dryer are available for shared use in the garage.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies.

The Manhattan beach TOT 14% tax on our property is included automatically during guest check out, after July 01, 2023.

We are unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We will accept your request to book, but the standard check-in time for this unit will apply.

Please note this unit shares walls with other units so you may experience some noise transfer between units.

We also have a handheld steamer to fulfill your ironing requirements.

Community Quiet Hours are in effect daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests are required to comply at all times. The general quiet enjoyment for our neighbors should also be respected outside of these hours. Any complaints received from building management or neighbors regarding noise disturbances may result in booking cancellation. Our cancellation policy will be strictly upheld in such cases.

We kindly request that you refrain from sending mail or deliveries to our property, as we neither have a mailbox nor provide access for such items. For packages, please direct them to the nearest post office for collection. For food deliveries, please make sure to meet the delivery person to confirm that you received the order. Please note that we accept no responsibility for any lost or misplaced deliveries.
