Kuvankaunis merinäköala rantamökki hiljaisella kävelykadulla. Noin 150 metrin päässä Santa Monica Bayn leveästä hiekkarannasta, joka ulottuu Malibusta Palos Verdekseen. Lyhyt kävelymatka Manhattan Beachin keskustaan, ravintoloita, kauppoja, baareja, rantaa, pyörätietä, laituria ja muuta.

Yhden perheen kodissa on 2 makuuhuonetta, 2 kylpyhuonetta, olohuone, sohva (aurinkohuone), kuningatar vedä sohva, keittiö sekä etu- ja takapiha. Makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone ja vaatehuone. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on parivuode ja ulosvedettävä vyö. Päivitetyssä keittiössä on räätälöityjä laitteita ja graniittitiskit. Täysin uusi kylpyhuone-master-kylpy, jossa on kaksi suihkua. Takapihalla on grilli, ruokapöytä, oleskelutila ja ulkosuihku huuhtelemaan rannan hiekkaa. Uudet ja mukavat käsityöläisten kalusteet kaikkialla.

Talossa on sekä etu- että takaosa. Siinä on 2 pesukonetta ja kuivaajaa sekä autotalli pysäköinti avuksesi. 3 taulutelevisiota, FIOS HDTV, kaapeli ja Wi-Fi. Rantatuolit ja jäähdytin omaan käyttöösi.

Ystävälliset, paikalliset omistajat käytettävissä avuksesi. Pakkaa ja pelaa, rattaat ja lelut saatavana pyynnöstä.

Lovely Manhattan Beach locale
We had a great stay in Manhattan Beach at this lovely home. Steps from the beach with a beautiful beach view. Very comfortable and clean. we stayed for 2 weeks and me and my husband both had adequate space and privacy when we were working. Loved walking into town and walking to the beach- seconds away from the strand. Jane was very helpful and responsive. We will be back!

Great Manhattan Beach Location
This property really is perfect, from the home’s comfortable layout to the walk-street location. It’s hard to find a property that works well for us. We are quite particular on what we want in a vacation property and this one had all the boxes checked. Nice outside space to enjoy the views and the sunny California weather. Very clean and nicely appointed with a comfortable bed and attractive furniture. Plus, having a garage is great this close to the beach where street parking can be challenging at times. Overall, we would highly recommend this property.

Best location, graciously outfitted
We spent the week biking, walking and relaxing in this amazing cottage by the sand. It was comfortable and spacious, and included many kitchen conveniences and staples. We had a car (garage included!) but walked to a different great restaurant most nights. We've already booked a return visit. Could easily have done without a car and might next time, using the savings to extend our stay!

Everything about this beach cottage was perfect. So close to the beach, fully equipped, gorgeous views, clean bed rooms, wonderful outdoor seating area. The hosts were wonderful and communicative. We could not recommend this rental enough. It is an incredibly special place!

Wonderful Stay!
DRONE USERS! this property is tucked into the only place that you can fly your drone without special permission from the FAA from Santa Monica to Redondo. The home is beautiful and the view from the porch to the beach was amazing. Even the private patio offered the sounds of the ocean at night. 2 Living, 2 bed, 2 bath. Open kitchen to the living room creating a nice open space. Opening the sliding doors grants a cool passthrough breeze of fresh ocean air sufficient to cool the house on its own. The bed was comfortable and I had no issues with my back after a night sleep, which is rare when traveling for this 400lb man. The location cannot be beat. 5 minutes walk to the beach, 20 minute walk to Hermosa beach shopping and food. Great local restaurants. Access instructions were clear and easy. They offer a lot of beach toys for use (chairs, boards, etc.,) all appliances work, absolutely nothing on the property that I needed assistance with. Even so, the host was very communicative and checked in to make sure our stay was perfect. If you want a quiet but active stay with lots to do, but in a laid back area, I highly recommend this house.

Charming House Near the Beach
Everything about this house was delightful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. There are four inviting areas to relax with family or friends; two indoors and two outside. The location is perfect. It's so nice to walk into town and not deal with parking. The decor and furnishings are tasteful, the kitchen is fabulous and the shower, with the rainforest head is awesome. We have already rebooked.

We enjoyed staying at Jane’s beach cottage, we are MB locals that moved to Miami and went home for the holidays. Janes cottage is in the perfect location. Very convenient to downtown and the ocean. Her home was fully stocked with everything your home would have from cooking supplies to plenty of towels, toys ect We will be back

Great location with views and 2 entrances one, through private garage to ground floor no steps! Owners immediately available to fix small concern. Comfortable bed and everything we needed for our cooking pleasure was provided in the kitchen.

Slice of heaven
From the moment I walked in the door, I felt like I was home. The check in process was flawless and the home had everything I could have ever needed. We baked Thanksgiving pies and cooked to our hearts delight. The walk to the grocery store and downtown Manhattan is so pleasant. I have several friends who live within walking distance and so I was able to invite them over for morning coffee, evening sunsets and sleepovers. The view of the ocean and the strand was perfect from the writing desk and from the deck. The beds were so comfortable and the water pressure in the showers was beyond amazing. We met a few neighbors and felt right at home. It was hard to leave such a wonderful slice of heaven. In fact, on my last day, I reached out to Jane to extend my stay and I was graciously granted my wish. The whole family was super to work with and I will be back again. Thank you Kristen, Jane and Terry for the best beach stay!!❤️

Ocean View and Beautiful Accommodations
We feel especially thankful to have stayed at this incredible place. It was clean, bright, and nicely decorated. The inner courtyard space between the garage and home is very comfortable for outdoor dining and relaxing, as is the patio in front. We loved Manhattan Beach and spent many days walking beside the ocean. The town is lovely as well. Many thanks to the owner for sharing this gem!
