Unbelievable amazing the views are incredible the food is amazing staff is super friendly they accommodated my family with everything we stayed in the casita which was UNREAL. The whole place is incredible

Beautiful surroundings and fantastic staff make a most enjoyable visit. Decorations for the holidays were spectacular and we loved every minute of our stay!

They weren’t able to upgrade us until 5 and wouldn’t give us a 3 pm checkout without an extra 150 charge. I just felt like they were nickel and dimeing us. Also, room service requests took a really long time. The concierge was nice tho. Even though the front desk indicated there weren’t many kids amenities, the front desk gave my daughter a plushy (which was standard for kids) and a buggy to use.

Charged extra for everything, hidden fees everywhere, bad service and bad experience, worse hotel experience and mediocre hotel. Not a real 5 star hotel, the view was subpar at best, the ocean view was really a pool view with constant screaming and talking below us, so annoying.
