Rauhallinen 1-kerroksen Guesthouse-asunto espanjalaisella kiinteistöllä, aurinkoterassi / vuoristomaisemat

Paeta rauhallisuuteen tässä valoisassa, hiljattain uusitussa yhden makuuhuoneen vierastalohuoneistossa grandiossa vanhalla puoluehehtareisella espanjalaisella kartanolla. Keskeisellä paikalla Pasadenassa, josta pääsee helposti moottoritielle, astu toiseen maailmaan astuessasi kartanon puna-, palmu- ja magnoliapuiden alle. Ota portaat asuntoon sata vuotta vanhan oliivipuun alla. Nauti näkymästä aurinkoterassilta ja unelmoi tuntikausia riippumatossa bambu-minimetsässä kalalammen vieressä kuunnellen lintuja laulaen.
412 neliön jalkahuoneisto on omassa rakennuksessaan, erillään kartanon päärakennuksesta. Sata vuotta vanha oliivipuu tarjoaa varjoa ja yksityisyyttä. Vain muutaman askeleen päässä oveltasi on oma pieni bambu-minimetsäkaukalo itsellesi.

Olohuoneesta on tilava aurinkoterassi, josta on näkymä San Gabrielin vuorille. Siellä on täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa jääkaappi, uuni, liesi, mikroaaltouuni, kahvinkeitin, leivänpaahdin ja pesuallas. Siellä on wifi ja TV on äskettäin lisätty, ja yli tusina Spectrum TV -kanavaa, mukaan lukien suuret verkot, urheilu, lapset ja audio-musiikkiasemat. Roku-tikku tarjoaa myös lisävaihtoehdon suoratoistaa omia Netflix-, Hulu-, Sling- tai muita tilauksiasi. Huoneissa on hiustenkuivaaja, silitysrauta ja silityslauta sekä perus- kylpytuotteita. Pesulatilat ovat saatavilla pyynnöstä.
Huomaa: meillä on tiukka EI tupakointia koskeva sääntö.

Huoneistossa on yksi makuuhuone pienellä kylpyhuoneella, jossa suihkukaappi. Sänky on kuningatar-kokoinen mahtuu kaksi vierasta. Olohuoneen sohva vedetään täysikokoiseen sänkyyn, johon mahtuu yksi aikuinen vieras (tai kaksi pientä lasta).

* Olemme kävelymatkan päässä kuuluisan Pasadena Rose Parade -reitin ja paraatin jälkeisen kelluntakatselun reitin lopusta. Rose paraati pidetään joka 1. tammikuuta (ellei 1. tammikuuta ole sunnuntaina, jolloin paraati on maanantaina 2. tammikuuta). Kelluksen katselu pidetään heti paraatin päätyttyä ja seuraavana päivänä.

* Meillä on erittäin ystävällinen 2. 5-vuotias bassetkoira, joka rakastaa vuorovaikutusta vieraiden kanssa.

An Oasis in LA
A wonderful stay! The apartment was like stepping into a tranquil oasis just outside of the bustle of the greater Los Angeles area. Definitely recommend make some time to spend relaxing in the gardens, too.

Welcome Oasis during Record-Breaking Heat
From the first in-person welcome, to the garden surroundings with the playful canine, settling in during 100 degree heat was effortless. The waiting breakfast pastries and homemade jams(confitures) were a singular treat. Just regret that the 100+ degree temps limited time spent on the rental's patio with the mountain views!

Cozy little place in Pasadena
Very nice garage apartment with a European touch on a really nice Spanish Mission style residential property. Very local feel and in a quiet safe neighborhood. Complete with balcony w/ mountain View, wifi, tv, kitchenette, fold out couch and nice queen sized bedroom. Came with a bowl of welcome pastries and a platter full of homemade fruit jams in the fridge. Barely saw or heard our hosts. But they were very responsive when we had a question.

phenomenal spot!
I was in town for work and this was the perfect space for me! It was extremely comfortable and my only regret is that I didn't have a chance to use the back patio more since I was out all day. the leave what you don't use policy for the kitchen is amazing, because it meant that I had spices to use and oatmeal for breakfast. the pastries that were there to welcome me on arrival were also phenomenal! The only complaint I have is that Malabar didn't hang out with me enough! She's perfect!

A very peaceful place to stay. A small kitchen with everything you need to cook. A wonderful deck with morning sun. Coffee and pastries provided. The entire place impeccably clean. Friendly hosts and Bassett hound. This is the best place we have stayed.

This guesthouse was so beautiful and perfect for our little family. The environment was beautiful and peaceful. Our son loved the garden and is now obsessed with having his own pond. This place was everything we hoped it would be and more. The property is lovely. There were beautiful French pastries waiting for us to enjoy and what a treat they were for breakfast the next morning with the homemade jams. Ailin and Hervé are so warm and friendly. Their dog, Mala, made our stay extra special because she would come visit us whenever we were there. What a wonderful experience.

Quiet Pasadena Guest House
My husband and I stayed at this lovey E. Orange Grove guest house for three nights. It was a wonderful location, quiet and in a beautiful garden setting. We loved the patio area just off the kitchen. Ailin was a wonderful host. Our son lives in the area and there was enough room to entertain him in the living area and patio. We will absolutely stay here again and give the whole experience a big thumbs up. I forgot to mention Ailin's adorable basset hound that roamed the property! All in all, a fantastic stay!

Very Welcoming!
When you first step on the property, you know you are on vacation and can relax. The outdoor areas are so peaceful, with places where you can sit and relax, fruit trees, plants everywhere and even a koi pond. The apartment was very charming - no details were forgotten. My nephew loves to cook, and there were adequate pots, dishware and cooking utensils. There was also a nice selection of spices available to use. The bed and futon were extremely comfortable, and all linens supplied were clean and soft. The outdoor patio was another nice touch - unfortunately the weather was not as quite as warm as we wanted, or we would have used that area much more. There is adequate parking both on and off the premises, and the location is close to many different activities, and freeways/highways to get you anywhere. The only negative that I can think of is that we never did get to meet the dog on site! He looked absolutely adorable!
