The food is good and staff are friendly however, at times we had to wait over 30mins for a gulf cart. Our room had an awful smell and after going back and forth with customer service, they moved us to a less desirable room, which had toilet issues. Besides that, we loved it there and will probably be going back.

The service at the market was bad. Sat at a table for over 30 minutes without being offered any drinks or silverware. Toilet paper was scented, shower heads had bad pressure, and the water never stayed warm for long. It’s a great place just outdated a bit

This property is beautiful and we loved that there were multiple pools and dining options. The rooms are a little dated but the property is well kept. The market food area is kind of like a food court concept that was very convenient to grab food anytime. The sushi restaurant was our favorite. I do wish they had a stand alone Italian restaurant though. It's nice that there are carts to transport people around the property but I do think that the property should invest in more since waiting for a ride from the pools can be a long wait. Unfortunately walking isn't always an option with young children. The menu for pool side service is also great, lots of options. We also loved the Sunday Buffet at La Nao. I would recommend this property and would return.

First off this property is beautiful and has extremely friendly staff. During my weeklong stay, there was not one staff that was standoffish or rude. Everyone was very accommodating and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. The Landscaping on the property is very well-maintained. The biggest thing to be mindful of is getting to and from different areas of the resort. There are telephone booths throughout the property where you can call and request for a cart to come pick you up. It’s extremely convenient if you’re in a hurry or had a long day. However, if you’re one who likes to explore on foot this property may be a bit difficult. It gets extremely hot in Cabo and the walking paths are very steep. I wouldn’t suggest walking the property if needing to go uphill. It is possible but more for those who are younger or in great shape. Pros: Clean and modern Free room service Multiple pools that can be accessed from any area The marketplace has various food options Free transportation to other hotels and golf club A 24 hour pool Nightclub/karaoke The golf club (amazing course and food) Quiet Very safe and gated Cons: A non-swimmable beach The 1950s restaurant food is average The app needed for activities and getting around isn’t very reliable Very little shopping Walking uphill All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel! The more you get familiar with the grounds, the more I found I enjoyed it. I would stay here again.

This is a beautiful property, the views are amazing the value for the money was quite frankly unreal. The staff was kind and helpful. Here for 7 days and only left the resort 1 day because we didnt have to. Dont hesitate when planning your vacation here.
