This was an awful experience. After traveling 48 hrs with no sleep, we get to the rental home at 2am. It was alrwady occupied by someone else. We walked in on other people. They had to call to get the codes to get in. We had the email with all the info to get in. After 2 hours we finally got moved to a different location. The company had told us to cancel and they would refund us. Excuse me but its after 2am! The location they had moved us to was not cleaned but they were there layer in the morning to clean.

The 4 bedroom option was great for our family including grandparents. Having the kitchen helped us a save money. We appreciated how week the host communicated with us.

Place was fine. Some issues.
The house was ok. We were not provided check in info until we arrived at the house. It was late so it took some time to get settled. Nowhere in the description of the house did it ever indicate it was two separate units. This wasn’t a big deal other than two access points and codes required. Front external lights. Did not work. Alerted owner and was told it was fixed. But it was not. Kitchen light in the lower unit did not work. Alerted owner. Was told it was my problem and I just needed to flip a GFCI. Ok. Stil didn’t work when we returned. All GFCIs were green in the kitchen. Maybe one was hiding? No clear instructions on parking were provided. We figured it out.
