The side deck overlooks a lovely garden. The backyard has a deck overlooking the swimming pool. One garage bay and one parking pad is reserved for the tenants. Two block walk to either Cherokee park or the restaurants on Bardstown Road. It is a 5 minute drive to downtown! Safe, secure and quiet rental in a wonderful area. NON-SMOKING.
