Stonecote on vuonna 1920 rakennettu 5 hehtaarin tila. Se on täysin päivitetty ja ammattimaisesti sisustettu. Siinä on 7 makuuhuonetta ja vuodepaikkoja 16. Päärakennuksessa on gourmet-keittiö, jossa on hovimestarin ruokakomero, jossa on 2 jääkaappia, 2 seinäuunia, 3 astianpesukonetta, Viking-kaasukeitin, viininjäähdytin ja Carreran marmorilaskurit. Olohuoneessa on useita viihtyisiä keskustelualueita, antiikkinen vauva-piano ja puulämmitteinen takka. Suuri ruokasali mahtuu koko ryhmäsi. Lisäksi suuri aurinkohuone tarjoaa lisäksi vähemmän muodollisen keräilytilan, ja siinä on 64 tuuman TV. 50 'x 25' lämmitetty suolavesiallas on ammunta-suihkulähteitä, sitä ympäröivät kypsät monivuotiset puutarhat ja siinä on vauva-allas (uima-allas on avoinna kausiluonteisesti, toukokuun puolivälistä syyskuun loppuun, säästä riippuen).

Vakiolla on 5 kojelautaa ja takkahuone, ja voimme viitata sinut ruokkimaan ja heinää toimitettavaksi ennen saapumistasi, jos matkustat hevosten kanssa. Stonecotea ympäröivät kauniit, kypsät puut ja monivuotiset puutarhat, mutta 10 minuuttia keskustaan, rantaan, 10 minuuttia Churchill Downsiin, 20 minuuttia Valhallaan ja PGA-kiertueelle. weekend reunion
The house is a wonderful place to stay. It is centrally located in the city which makes it easy to get around. In addition to a really nice kitchen, there are gathering areas which accommodate a large group very well. The pool had already been closed but looks like it would be great fun in the summer. I've already recommended it to several of my friends.

The property was beautiful, there was 13 of us staying with plenty of room. The host was available and responded immediately when I needed them.The weather was a bit chilly so we couldn't enjoy the pool. The pool house was nice and located very close to the main house. The location was excellent and within 20 minutes from every where we wanted to visit. I would definitely come back!

Incredible and Relaxing Stay
This is an incredible estate! The house is amazing, and the pool is perfect for lounging and playing with kids. Each morning and night we saw several deer traipsing through the yard, and the front lawn is huge, Big enough to play lots of games. You’re super close to downtown Louisville if you want to venture out, but you won’t need to, we stayed for 4 days and we never felt the need to leave.

The home was beautiful. Indoor and outdoor flow worked well for large gatherings. The dining room was large enough for entire family to enjoy nightly dinners. The pool had a baby section that allowed smaller children to play but still be close to adults. Pool area was awesome.

Ten of us enjoyed the privacy and luxury of Stonecote’s accommodations. We spent 7 nights with a fantastic amount of interior space and outdoor seating areas. The kitchen exceeded our needs even though we had such a large group. Our hosts were immediately accessible both for local information and a couple of easily remedied issues. Our best VRBO experience in the last 5 years !

Absolutely Perfect!
Our group of 6 couples enjoyed 4 fabulous nights at Stonecote. The house is beautiful, spacious, and extremely well-stocked with everything guests might need. There was ample room to gather at the dining table, in various places in the house, and on the front and back porches overlooking the lovely grounds. We had lots of fun preparing meals in the enormous kitchen and butler's pantry. We took full advantage of the 2 refrigerators, beverage refrigerator, and ice machine. The 3 dishwashers made clean up easy! The location was perfect for us! The house is a short walk to the park with lots of green space while still being only 20 minutes or less drive from everything else in and around the city. Our hosts were helpful and responsive during the reservation process and welcoming, gracious, and attentive during our stay. We felt incredibly well cared for and knew that - if we needed it - help was just a phone call away. There are many reasons why this property has so many 5-star reviews! It was truly one of the very best VRBO experiences I have ever had. Thank you, Lisa and Keith!

A Southern Gem
The property was amazing with all the southern charm and beautiful grounds. Lots of amenities provided. Keith was wonderful. Any problem was responded to immediately. The pool was the highlight with the kids and adults alike. The boys played baseball in the spacious front yard while we sat on the front porch. It is such a beautiful property and would highly recommend it. We would love to come back.

Better than the pictures show!
We all said it was better than the pictures!! Spacious home. Clean, well-equipped and the hosts were very responsive. We had a couple little issues and Keith came right over to address. Beds were all very comfortable, kitchen was wonderful, and the salt-water pool with the fans to sit under was perfect. Multiple large game and sitting areas. We will definitely consider renting this again.

My family loved staying at Stonecote. The property was able to accommodate a diverse group of 14, ranging in age from 18 to 91. It was comfortable, clean and beautiful. The neighborhood and its proximity to Cherokee Park was fantastic.

Everything about our stay was amazing. Lisa and Keith were the perfect hosts. The house was homey for our entire family. The pool was a great bonus. If you are looking to stay with a smaller or larger group, look no further. If you are in Louisville ti visit the Bourbon Trail and Whiskey Row the location is perfect. We own a wedding venue and also rent out a Manor House for our guests and learned some things to do for our guests from Lisa and Keith. If I can give them more then 5 stars, I would in every category.

Property owners were excellent to work with and the house was absolutely amazing! 4 couples were in town for my dad's 75th birthday celebration on the Bourbon Trail, and coming home each evening to an immaculate well equipped property was ideal for all of us! Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful home in a great location!
We had a wonderful weekend with two families on this beautiful property! It's convenient to almost everything, yet the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, surrounded my other elegant homes. We had a lot of fun in Louisville, but our favorite memories are just hanging out at the house together. We only wish the pool had been open, but it was still a litttle too chilly!

Not only was this property beautiful, but it was the perfect spot for our family get together. Perfect Getaway with Friends
We had an amazing few days at Stonecote with our group of friends. Our group was in town for a football game and a couple of days on the Bourbon Trail. Lisa and Keith communicated beforehand with details and answered questions during our stay promptly. The home was well stocked and beautifully decorated with everything we needed during the trip. Multiple refrigerators, dishwashers and ovens made the kitchen ideal for cooking and gathering. The location in a quiet neighborhood was great and within 20 minutes of the airport and downtown.

A Perfect Home away from home experience!
This is a wonderful home for a large family in a beautiful setting. It is clean and comfortable and we could not have ask a for a better place to gather with our family! I highly recommend this home and hope we can stay here again. The kitchen is well stocked and the location is close to many stores. The owners were so nice to communicate with through all the planning and check in was easy and informative. We loved every minute of our time at Stonecote!
