Our hotel room door number was written on a piece of cardboard. The elevators and entrance ways smelled. There was a family dispute in the lobby requiring police intervention. I did not feel safe.

It's worth the stay.
It started out bad. The room we were assigned was not good. I went to the desk and complained. We paid for a king sized and they originally gave us 2 doubles. They did rectify that. The new room was MUCH better and had a wonderful view. This was a last trip for my husband. He knew he only had a bit of time left and he wanted to spend time together. Chris (at the front desk) was sympathetic and ensured our stay was perfect. My husband did pass away. But thanks to the Radisson he had a wonderful "last vacation" and we made some great memories. He especially enjoyed just sitting outside and watching the geese. Chris is definitely an asset to this hotel. Thank you for everything. Kelli Detwiler.

Check in went fine. Got a decent room in a good location. Property is outdated and noticeably in need for some minor repairs and maintenance. However, it satisfied the need of a place to lay my head down for bed.

We arrived at the Radisson after booking a king suite a week in advance which would have 1 king bed and a pull out couch for the 5 of us. When we arrive they said they didn’t have any kind suites and could only give us a double bed room they stated queen size but they were full small beds and not very accommodating one of my children pushed two chairs together to make a bed. The room was small. The view was nice over a lake but still didn’t help. The elevator was leaking water in the electrical and they only but a bucket under it left it dripping and still allowed use of it. And if you plan on going to down town Lexington you will pay $5.22 a toll every time you cross it. There were also no instruction as to when check out was where things were located in the hotel I messaged the number to see when check out was and didn’t get an answer the web site said 11 and at 10 am on check out day I got a message saying check out was 12. The night we checked in and were told they didn’t have king suites we checked the site and it said they had 3 left but they were more than what we paid so that’s why they down graded us and told us they could not guarantee anything Expedia told us. Over all not terrible but we only stayed 2 nights.

I responded to a text on Wednesday 8/14 asking me how to rate how my stay was going so far on a scale of 1-10. I responded with 4, advising the condition of the shower / tub was in poor condition - to the point I would hope hotel management would not rent out this room until the shower / tub was replaced / fixed. I then received another text thanking me for my feedback, and that you would be following up with me shortly. It is now 8/17 and I have not received that followup. Now I receive this email asking me to rate my stay, and now I give you on overall score of terrible for the fact you have not responded back to my text survey since 8/14. I have another reservation for the last weekend in August that I will be cancelling, and as I visit the Louisville area over the next 4-5 years it is safe to say I will no longer consider staying at your hotel again.
