the room, was ok, there needs to be repairs. it was quiet for the most part. Very nice having a separate sitting area. The breakfast was sad. went out and brought in my own food.Had trouble with the front desk, they were unable to transfer calls to my room and eventually phone was replaced. The maintenance person was very nice and professional. I was upset that my husband had tried to reach me by hotel phone since I was having difficulty with my cell, and the desk person told him that he had come and knocked on the room door and I was not answering, but I had been in my room the entire time and no one knocked. I would stay there again when I visit Louisville.

Comfortable stay. Did not eat the breakfast but looked like there was plenty to eat, normal hotel fare. The fitness room was equipped with the basics, no water dispenser though. Odd neighborhood as it was surrounded by apartment buildings though easy to access. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I don't do grades of good or bad; either is or isn't but this was a good visit.

Great location, convenient to Bardstown Rd where lots of great restaurants and bars are located. Staff were super friendly. Rooms very clean, love the Dove body wash and lotion. Complimentary breakfast pretty good, all the basics.

Great room, noisy location, wasteful breakfast
The room itself was great. However, all single rooms gave the highway, which means you cannot get away from hearing it all day and night. The breakfast was very basic. Unfortunately, they are very wasteful by using disposable plates and cutlery.
